Quality care for my vehicle

I know that for whatever I need, the Service Team is there to make sure that I get the best service possible. They take the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle and make sure to recommend potential services needed in the future so that I can plan ahead.

Friendly and Fair

I found a truck on-line and let the guys do their work. This is my third new Ford truck I have purchased, the guys made it a very easy and friendly transaction. I plan on buying my next Ford truck here also.

Great Service

I had shopped around with several other car dealers/dealerships and looked everywhere online. I found a car I was interested in at Laird Noller but it had been sold a few days prior. However, Tony asked what I wanted and my price range and told me he would find what I wanted. He emailed me a few days later with a perfect car. He already had it at the dealership so I was able to test drive it the very next day. It was such an easy process. He was very professional, down to earth, and I did not feel like I needed to keep my guard up (play hard ball). I don't feel like I was scammed out of anything and very proud of my purchase. I am in love with my GMC Terrain. It was a perfect addition to my family. I recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He is a great guy and very easy to work with! I also worked with Jeff with the financial aspect. I was trying to go through all the paperwork with a 17 month old who wasn't the most cooperative. He was a champ and helped me get through the process fast and painless and put up with several melt downs haha. Everyone I encountered was very professional and I never felt the pushy sales pitches and pressure as I have other dealerships in Lawrence I visited previously. It was a great car buying experience.

Great service as usual.

The service was excellent as usual. Service done thoroughly with clear explanation of further service needed. Alex always has a great disposition that makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

customer service on point

Really went the distance to make us happy and have everything we wanted and needed in our vehicle. Had an amazing experience and have recommended them to everyone who asks about our new vehicle. No hassle. No bull. Just really good people.

Excellent Service

Everyone in the dealership was quite nice, even the ones not involved in helping find my car. The saleman I worked with, Josh, came in on his day off so I could just look at their selection of vehicles. I ended up purchasing my lease that same evening and everything went as smooth as it could have.

My car was taken in as soon as I arrived and it took only 35 minutes for the first oil change and tire rotation It was free!!
