Engine Diagnostic
Took my 06 Mazda in last week to Shay and he worked with me to schedule my engine check at a time that was convenient and, before the end of the day, I was informed of the problem (a misfire in cylinder 2) and they even gave it a complimentary look over. Very pleased with the service I received at Laird Noller.

First visit 09-2015
We purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento in January 2015 and added the maintenance plan. This was the first visit for regular maint. The personnel were friendly and it took around 45 min. Good people.

Friendly, Personable, & Trustworthy
The employees in Quicklane are always extremely friendly and personable when I schedule an appointment and arrive for service. They knew me by name after only my second or third visit. What I enjoy about their service the most is that it's fairly obvious their priority is you, servicing your vehicle correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. It is not about making an extra buck by trying to sell you a part or service you don't necessarily need. That is why I continue to go back. They will also provide a quote or estimate for a new part or service and wait for the customer to give the OK before proceeding with the service. A practice that can be hard to find in other automotive service shops.
