Laird Noller’s commitment to resolving a very unfortunate situation with our used vehicle purchase is a demonstration of customer service that is increasingly rare. The willingness to quote literally go the extra mile to minimize the inconvenience to us is the bright spot of a 2 month ordeal to make things right. We purchased the vehicle and had a check engine light come on that same evening. It was a nightmare of trouble shooting and one repair identifying another need. Shelby was patient with my thirst for updates, and responded sometimes beyond business hours. Inventory is the number one thing that draws me to a dealership when purchasing a used car, but my experience with Laird Noller will make me check there first despite living over an hour away. Anyone can execute when things go smoothly, The Laird Noller team showed their character through every turn of my ordeal that went anything but smoothly. Thank you.
