I have bought 4 vehicles from Elly and every time she treats us like we are her only customers, and I know we are not!! Several times with all of this new technology I forget something, and no matter the time of day or night Elly with respond with the perfect answer and doesn't make me feel stupid. I don't know what more anyone could ask for the best in the business.

Elly Claussen is very knowledgable about the vehicles they sell and really makes the buying process a snap! This is my second GMC I've purchased from Elly and recommend her to all my family and friends.

This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from Dale Willey and Elly Claussen has been our salesperson both times! We had actually gotten a hold of her on a Thursday morning letting her know that we were in the market for a bigger used vehicle and what our price range had to be! Soon we received a text with a picture of a vehicle we were interested in and that evening we took it for a test drive and ended up purchasing it that same night. Buying a car can be frustrating... We all have been there. Going to Dale Wiley was a totally different experience because of Steve Cain and Elly Claussen. Steve found the exact car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and Elly took great care of me explaining the vehicle to me when I arrived. She went above what I feel was necessary to make sure that I was comfortable with all the new features of my car.
