Just on a whim a friend and I went to Hertrich's to see Laura. Rick has been dealing with Laura for many years. I was in the market for a new, or 'new-to-me' vehicle. Laura was very helpful, courteous, and very patient with me. After 3 hours I drove away in a 2017 Equinox. I am very happy with this SUV. Laura went the extra mile to work with me on financing; getting me the vehicle at a price that I was comfortable with. She was a pleasure to work with.
