I contacted John to help find me a car because he had been instrumental in helping my son buy a car in May of this year. I was so impressed with John's service to my son in May that I wanted to have him help me, as well. I had been in an accident in September, and the insurance company of the person who hit me was "totaling" my 2010 Subaru. John was very sympathetic about my situation, and also understood my financial situation. He found a very nice Subaru for me with low mileage. (My fifth Subaru!) He was very honest, friendly, and also stress free to work with. He was willing to answer many questions I had about the financing for the car, and also questions I had when it was ready for me to drive off the lot. John is a real asset to Heuberger, and I will most definitely seek him out again if I am ever in need of another car. John was very knowledgeable, honest, and stress free to work with. We weren't sure which model of Subaru would best meet our needs, and he patiently showed us various models and rode with us on test drives. Overall a wonderful buying experience.

Nick was referred to us by a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle from him. Nick was extremely helpful from start to finish. Due to the car shortage across the country, we had to wait a few weeks to have our vehicle delivered. While waiting Nick always kept us up to date on when our car would be arriving. He was very responsive and attentive when I had any questions. We had a very good experience and I would absolutely refer friends and family to work with Nick and his team.

Nick was good and helpful.The showroom,however was too cold and after 2 hrs.I had a hard time signing my name! Despite my repeeted effort to tell them that my mailing address is different from my drivers license I had to go to the Arroyo Seco post office to tell them when my title is coming in. Not good
