Our experience was a great one, however it was a lengthy process. We enjoyed the courtesy salespersons and the fact that our salesperson went out and above the call of duty. We enjoyed shopping and was somewhat happy with the choice of car that we had to purchase. We were happy to be driving a brand new car. As we are now driving I am eager to do business again. The car is very small on the inside to what we are use to. We look forward in keeping our payments current and perhaps wanting to refinance or maybe get a larger car. We give a great big shout out to Michelle and Ron. Keep up the great work!

Ashley listed as I vented and she so kindly booked me for an appointment ASAP. This s what I would call excellent customer service.

I had recall & warrenty work done. My experience with the first person I spoke to was a good one. He was friendly, took care of contacting the company with my extended warrenty and made the entire visit a pleasant one.

I was immediately addressed when I entered the service department. I was told I could leave my vehicle and I was given a shuttle ride. I was phoned within 3 hours that my car was ready.

I have been a customer for about 15 years and have had only 1 touchy situation with the company. Overall I think this is a great place to shop for cars and even better for repairs.

I was able to get an Saturday appointment for am oil change after calling at 7:30am on the same Saturday. Ashley always takes great care of me!
