I love my new car 2025 Chevy Trax Active. My dealer Russ took good care of me with my trade in and helping get the Chevy app working. I'm all hooked up with On Star, and I love how I can start my car from anywhere with the Chevy app. Thank you Johnny Londoff for a great experience.

Amazing, well trained courteous staff. The dealership was clean. I was greeted upon entering the building. The salesperson followed up a few days later to make sure we were satisfied.

I will never go back there for service.
I will never go back there for service. I made two separate appointments and neither time they looked at my vehicle. My first appointment was made three weeks out and they did not look at my truck. I picked up truck and scheduled another appointment, four week out. I dropped off vehicle and four days later did not hear anything about my vehicle. I called to check the status and found out that they had not yet looked at vehicle nor did they ever pick up phone and call me. I had to call them to find out the status of my vehicle. I made an appointment with a Chevy dealer in Fenton. I took my vehicle in on my scheduled date. They diagnosed the problem and my vehicle was fixed two day later. This dealer in Fenton understood the value of service. You can buy a Chevy vehicle anywhere, service is the most important part of the process. This is what Jonnie Londoff is missing.

Very disappointed!
Very disappointed! Bought vehicle in because it would not pass safety inspection due to engine light. Problem corrected but no one told me Londoff could provide safety inspection so I had to loose another day and take vehicle to a differant shop to get safety inspection done.
