After a long journey finally found a great dealer
I shopped for nearly a year looking to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to several Jeep dealers in the Baltimore/Annapolis area, to include Sherwood, Adams and Ourisman. Unfortunately, my experience at these dealerships was very negative. My experience with the customer service and sales staff was poor. They provided no assistance in locating the vehicle I was interested in. My luck turned quickly when I arrived at Fred Frederick Jeep in Easton. Sales consultant Charlie Wallace immediately offered to assist in locating a Jeep that would fit my needs. Charlie provided excellent customer service during the process and was very professional. Charlie worked with me in order to make the process very smooth. Thanks to Charlie, my overall experience at Fred Frederick was positive. I would recommend Charlie and Fred Frederick Jeep to friends and family who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on this vehicle purchase.

Amazing car buying experience!!!
I rarely fill out customer surveys unless my experience has been worth sharing. I live in New Jersey and I got in touch with Fred Frederick Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Easton, MD when I saw a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 they had advertised and priced very competitively. I phoned the dealership and the was lucky enough to be put in contact with Charlie Wallace. From the start of the process Charlie was a complete professional. He was extremely diligent and there was great follow-up on all my questions. I truly believe if more salesman and people in general went about their business with the honesty, integrity, and care that Charlie did we would all be much better off. My Father and I rented a car and drove 250 miles from New Jersey to Easton, Maryland to pick up the truck. The Hertz location was 30 miles away from the dealership and Charlie was kind enough to offer to pick us up. The drive back to the dealership was a pleasure primarily because simply put Charlie is a good guy. Dealing with Charlie and the Fred Frederick dealership team was honestly the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had and I only wish the dealership was down the street from my home. Most people fear the process of buying a car, although if more people had the experience that I did that fear would no longer exist. Charlie and the team at Fred Frederick have definitely made me a believer in Jeep and parent company Fiat, and made my car buying experience truly enjoyable. I could not be happier with my Jeep STR8. I look forward to being a long time customer of Charlie, Fred Frederick and Jeep. Thank you very much!

My Experiance
i came in to look at a new 300C. I asked if there were any used 2012 and luckily there was one at the lot. it was exactly what i was looking for. i took a few days to think about the numbers we had discussed. I sent Donnie a text and he was more than willing to come in on Christmas Eve to help me get the car. I was very pleased with Donnie. He was very "text friendly" and was very helpful with my decision.
