Our salesman, Rich Kindel, was very helpful. He never sounded annoyed when I called him ten times a day and if he couldn't talk right then, he always called me right back. We didn't pick our Terrain up until late on a Friday night and Rich stayed with us after hours to make sure he went through all of the features of our new car. He also called me a couple days later to make sure I didn't come across any questions over the weekend. Our finance guy, Gary, was also very helpful.
