I took my Equinox to the body shop and Mark W was

I took my Equinox to the body shop and Mark W was absolutely great. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and told me when to come back. I brought it back and it was done in a short time. I can’t say enough about how nice and considerate he was. Especially when he looked at it and knew exactly what it needed to effect the repair. As a result of his actions, I will continue to bring my car back for service and anything else that needs repair going forward. Thanks so much!!

2023 Trail Boss

Bought a 2023 Trail Boss , Debbie in sales was perfect. Spent a long time explaining and helping set the truck up . Butch did a great job also with the pricing . I’ll be back

Fast , friendly service at the right price

Oil change took less than 40 minutes and everyone was professional and friendly. I'll be back

We would not go to another dealership for repair

Very nice people to deal with.

Very nice people to deal with. Unfortunately, the car had an awful stench. They tried to detail the vehicle, but I could smell the funky odor through the chemicals of the cleaning products. A shame. Car was in great condition as far as I could see standing outside the vehicle.

First State Service Department

I retired in 2018 after spending 50 years in the automotive service industry, mostly working for GM dealers, over that time I held most every position in the service industry from new car get ready to parts and service director. First State Chevrolet has always been professional when I used them for my service needs. I would without any hesitation recommend First State Chevrolet to anyone that needed their vehicle repaired or serviced.

During this challenging time, where most dealers that...

During this challenging time, where most dealers that have any new cars, want "upfits", market adjustments" etc.,ie: "let's take advantage of you" First State gave a fair and honest price. Debbie Wilkins was the most attentive, knowledgeable and responsive salesperson I have ever met. After purchasing DOZENS of cars/trucks from other local dealers, First State will be my go to in the future. Should be FIRST CLASS not First State. C. Larmore Ocean City MD.
