I needed an affordable, new vehicle with a monthly payment under $350. I wanted to trade in my previous vehicle however, I was not offered nearly enough at several other dealerships. I contacted Jack Schmitt Chevrolet in O'Fallon Illinois and spoke with Christine. I live over an hour away from the dealership so I was a little hesitant on driving all the way there for nothing. But Christine made the drive worthwhile with a genuinely, friendly attitude. She was very helpful and went above my expectations to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. Christine was able to get the price of the vehicle where I needed it and offered me more than any other dealership for my trade in vehicle. I am very happy with my buying experience and definitely recommend Jack Schmitt to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Andy was OUTSTANDING! When I arrived the cars I wanted to test drive were already started and waiting for me. My mother also complimented Andy for his professionalism and fun spirit. The facility was clean, and just like home with an assortment of snacks and beverages while you wait. All of my needs were met on my purchase and Andy has surely earned my next car purchase (already!).

I was in the market for an electric car, and had lots of questions about the Bolt. Mr. Mike Williams and, later, Sue Harbstreet were great hosts. They helped me with the ins and outs of the car even after it became clear I wouldn't be able to buy from them (by chance, I had found promotional discounts elsewhere that they couldn't currently match). I eventually did buy a Bolt, and after all the help I got from these guys, I wish I could have bought it here.

The service at Jack Schmitt Chevy World is always outstanding....

This is late, I apologize, but last summer I was looking to trade my 2013 Volt in on a 2017 Volt with ACC, Jack Schmitt had one optioned exactly as I would have. I walked into the showroom and was met by Tim Schuhardt and John Weilmusnster. Told them what I wanted, within 15 minutes they had inspected my trade and offered me a very fair and acceptable offer. 3 hours later my wife and I drove off in our new 2017 Volt. We couldn't have had a more pleasant buying experience. Now in all honesty I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Jack Schmitt since 1989 and love their service department. I can say it's like being family when I visit the dealership. Kathy, Chad, Tim, John W, John R and Mike are all friends and make buying a pleasant experience. But I must say with the new Chevy's I'm only visiting the service dept for oil changes. Highly recommended.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for some time. My Husband and I took a trip through the Jack Schmitt lot. Arron Cox came out to help us and shoot in the crazy cold rain as we went from car to car. He graciously opened doors and let us sit in them. I left there to drive an Acadia at a diff dealership. I was not impressed with the selection or the salesman. When we were ready we went back up to see Arron and I am very glad I did. I got an amazing car and deal. Go see Arron for all your car needs.
