Needed engine light checked and they said we needed oil

Needed engine light checked and they said we needed oil change which was already done and they overfilled it cause a rear main seal to go out but said it wasn't on them. Didn't have oil leak until they worked on it. Charged 823 dollars to replace a coil pack and change oil. The Mitchell's

Great Service!

First, I want to commend the service staff for squeezing me in when I did not have an appointment. The battery on my car was dead and I had no alternate vehicle. Second, they did everything on my list at a reasonable price. They also cleaned the outside of my car. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. What kept this from being 5 stars is the plastic that was left on my steering wheel and seats as well as the floormat. This part was not a big deal except they didn't have a trash can outside that I could quickly dispose of it. The other thing was a price quote they gave me for a water pump replacement. I thought it was extremely high as I always check prices for various services on the internet before I agree to have the work done. They were very fair on the battery price but in my opinion, way off the charts for the water pump replacement. Other than that, the service was excellent. I would definitely take my car there again.

Recommend Elswhere

I would recommend finding another dealership if looking to purchase for a business. Dennis was very pushy and non-understanding to what I was looking for in terms of vehicle, pricing and financing. I asked for the finance department to contact me regarding business financing, in which they never reached out to me, until I wrote a less than appealing review on Google. In which the gentleman from finance, Jim, tried to constantly talk over me, give inaccurate and untrue information. In addition a representative was in the background mocking and laughing at what I was saying. Their methods of transparency carry a lack of understanding for someone in the market for a vehicle. To the date, even though I asked numerous times to take me off their email list, I continue as I write this review get emails from the sales manager of this location to purchase. Between Dennis and Jim, they spent more time caring about their Google review over the actual transparency of vehicle and financing wants and needs.

The service dept is not very pleasant and are rude

Brought my vehicle in to have the Sinclair bought battery checked. Left my car all day to find at the end of the day no service was done. Drove home to return the next day and the battery was dead. Had to have car towed at my expense and miss work. Very aggravating. I have spent many $ over the years. This was very unfortunate.

GO SOME WERE ELSE

I took the vehicle back 1 business day after I took it home. I told them I changed my mind about the purchase. they refused to work with me and cancel the lone. In Missouri there is a three day right of recitation law. I will never be dealing with any Dave Sinclair dealer ship ever again.
