I had a car in great condition that I was no longer

I had a car in great condition that I was no longer driving due to a change in life. Chris Hite was able to facilitate selling my car so that someone else could enjoy it. When it comes to buying a car or truck, Chris Hite is the only person to call!

We appreciated that our salesman was kind, low pressure and generally had our best interests at heart. All of the employees that we met were kind and very helpful. We had a very good buying experience overall.

Terrible Experience: Avoid Bob Wade Autoworld!

I cannot stress enough that my experience with Bob Wade Autoworld was a complete nightmare. Let me paint a picture of the nightmare I endured, so you can understand why I'm vehemently warning you to stay away from this place. During my trip to Harrisonburg, my 2005 Ford Mustang GT's transmission suddenly gave up, leaving me stranded. Desperate for help, I called Bob Wade and they informed me that they could fix it in two weeks' time. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. When I reached the two-week mark and called for an update, they had no clue when they would be able to work on my car. As someone living in DC, it was crucial for me to coordinate transportation, but the dealership showed no concern for keeping me informed or updated. To make matters worse, throughout this entire ordeal, Bob Wade Autoworld failed to offer a loaner car. As i have a full time job, I had to rely on expensive Uber rides to get to work in DC while my car sat in their lot untouched. They never once bothered to keep me informed or updated, forcing me to hound them for any ounce of information about my car. After nearly a month of waiting and persistent phone calls, they finally fixed the transmission, or so I thought ...... Due to their poor installation, the transmission broke down again, forcing me to pay $250 for a tow truck back to Bob Wade. In round two of my experience with Bob Wade, I experienced the same lack of communication, poor customer service, and frustration. After continued frustration, I asked about a loaner car which they provided at week three of them having my car. To really put the icing on the cake, when I went to pick up my car, they only reimbursed me up to $200 for the tow truck expense under the warranty. It was their mistake in the first place that I had to return to their dealership. To sum it up, my experience with Bob Wade Autoworld was a complete disaster. The dealership showcased horrendous customer service, exhibited rudeness, failed to perform quality mechanical work, and left me with an overall terrible experience. I strongly advise against going to Bob Wade for any automotive needs. Spare yourself the headache and find a dealership that actually cares about its customers.

Is it really possible to be comfortable while

Is it really possible to be comfortable while buying/trading a vehicle? YES!! Rolando was very at ease with us and that raised our comfort level. He described all facets of the car clearly and was very patient. As I am handicapped, Rolando and Steve G were very helpful. Just purchased a new car from this dealer. Best car buying experience I have EVER had! Rolando was my salesperson and was so helpful and made my car buying experience painless! I live 2 hours away and he even delivered my car to my door and explained everything to me! Wow!

Rolando was great to work with.

Rolando was great to work with. No pressure sales at its finest. He was very helpful once my Crosstrek came in, and I would highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable.

We worked with Dale Smith of Bob Wade Subaru in Harrisonburg. Dale worked hard to find us a gorgeous Subaru Impreza. Impreza's are difficult to find this year but through sheer tenacity, Dale was able to locate one for us, offer us a spectacular deal and insure the purchase was seamless and efficient. We heartily recommend Dale and the Bob Wade Subaru dealership!
