I reached out to Steven Kia through the internet late...

I reached out to Steven Kia through the internet late Saturday evening inquiring about a new 2014 Soul base model (manual). Sunday evening I received a call. In that call, which took 30 minutes, they offered to pay off my off my old car and get me the payment range I was looking for. Also they offered to drive the vehicle to me from the dealership to my house. God May rest on Sunday, but Steven Kia does not! I know the offer they gave me put them on a stretch, but willing to go out on a limb for me and deliver to my house, what more can you ask for? Go Steven Kia or just go home!

Awesome Sales/ Service Experience

Purchased a CPO Optima Hybrid from Ahmad at Steven KIA in February 2014. Traveled from Fort Lee to Harrisonburg to make this purchase based on Ahmad?s service before the sale including sending me ?un-enhanced? pictures and verifying what service was done to prepare the vehicle for sale. Ahmad ensured the vehicle was fully serviced, detailed and ready for my test drive. Extra kudos for him turning on the heat, heated seats and heated steering wheel?made for a very warm welcome! Steven KIA is a small dealership with few staff members despite the volume they sell. I would have appreciated reviewing the numbers of my deal (trade, specifically) before sitting down with the finance manager and having my credit pulled. I expressed to Ahmad that I wanted to complete this step first but that didn?t happen. In the end, I got the deal I was looking for, so no harm no foul. Had I not purchased the car due to unfavorable terms/ trade in, etc. I would have an unwanted inquiry on my credit report. After the numbers were worked out?and we both compromised (them more than me)?the rest of the process was painless. Dealer offered additional services but was not pushy. Ahmad spent time with me to explain the various features and pair my phone/ set up my navigation system but vehicle was only delivered with half a tank of gas. Based on Ahmad/ Dealer?s excellent customer service, quality of product and lower-than-usual processing fee, Steven KIA will be at the top of my list for future KIA purchases and services.

Purchased a CPO Optima Hybrid from Ahmad at Steven KIA in February 2014. I was driving from NY to my home in TN and my car broke...

I was driving from NY to my home in TN and my car broke down on the interstate in Harrisonburg, VA. It was Sunday, I had to spend the night in a hotel as the dealership was closed. The next morning I contacted Steven Kia where my car was towed to. They told me they had my car and were working on it. I went to the dealership using their courtesy van and was told that my radiator cap was off on and my coolant had all spilled out and that caused my car to overheat. We paid $122.01 to them and left. 453 miles down the interstate my check engine light came on and the car started shaking. I called roadside and they towed me to another dealership who told me that my head gasket had blown and there was coolant in my oil. They replaced the head gasket and my car was tied up for almost two weeks. I called back to Steven Kia to ask for a refund on my $122.01 since they did not fix the problem. According to Matt the Service manager and son of Steven. They stand behind their work and refused to accept any blame stating that the notes on the report say my coolant cap was loose. (Wait, look back they said my cap was completely off) I asked if it was loose or off. He again stated it was loose. What happened was they put a band-aid on the car to avoid them from doing the 2 week repair job that should have been done. And now they refuse to pay me back my $122.01 that they charged me for not fixing a problem. I urge you to NOT do business with this company. They DO NOT stand behind their service work. Especially if you are just passing through.

i went in to steven kia to look at another vehicle, met tim hahn, showed me a 2012 kia sorento, took me in to talk financing with mike lynn. they made the deal i was looking for. this is the third vehicle i have bought a steven kia, always a pleasant experince.

Woudn't Even Recommend Them to an Enemy

If your ideal new car buying experience includes arrogant high-pressure sales and office staff, then by all means buy your new KIA here. If that description doesn?t sound like the experience you would like, then please considering traveling out of Harrisonburg for your KIA shopping. I can tell you from my personal experience, even if these folks are nice during the purchasing process, that all ends once you sign on the dotted line. Do yourself a favor and just drive out of town and avoid this dealer. I know this is petty, but this dealer wouldn?t even give us change to use in their pay soda machine after we purchased a brand new KIA from them.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Jake sodikoff is rude

Worse customer experience ever! I bought a new car on Saturday at Steven Kia in Harrisonburg and they were okay to deal with until paperwork was signed; today I went back to pick up the floor mats that came with the car and they treated us horrible! The salesman was Tyler, and the other guy helping was Jake Sodikoff. On Saturday I was given the option between the two sets of floor mats (all weather or standard). I wanted to see both sets before making a decision, but they didn't have them available on Saturday that is why we went back in today. Once I got there I thought it would be nice to have both sets, the standard looked better but the rubber all-weather would be nice for snow and rain. The salesman priced both sets at around $100, as any wise consumer before I bought the mats from the dealer, I thought it best to price check. Guess they don't approve of price comparisons... I asked my husband to use his phone to look online real quick to see if I could get them cheaper and the owners son (Jake Sodikoff) did not like us using a cell phone to go online to price check at all!!! After this Jake began to make rude comments, so I asked if I had came across as rude, (At this point I could tell they weren't happy with us) I was about to apologize in case something I had said came across wrong, but before I could Jake Sodikoff went on to tell my husband and I we were the rudest customers he had ever dealt with, and followed up with asking my husband and I to leave the property! I wish I would have never bought a car from them! My opinion is just that, an opinion. However I ask everyone to think twice before shopping with Steven Kia!!! And I want to apologize to my friends who work for Steven Toyota, for bad mouthing the company you work for, however I think you know me well enough that I never bad mouth any company publicly! This is a first- and it is justified! Jake Sodikoff's dad owns Steven Toyota so not sure how far I will get with my complaints here in town, which he made it a point to tell us. My guess is it is the last day of the month and they may have been upset they didn't hit sales quota for the month!--Cause other than that I have no idea what happened other than price checking floor mats. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM STEVEN KIA!!!

Chris Payne and Michael Lynn were very courteous, friendly and professional throughout the whole process of helping me purchase a used Kia Sorento, and I feel very satisfied that I was given a good deal on this purchase. I would very likely consider using Steven Kia again for purchasing a vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle.

My experience at Steven Kia was very satisfying. They answered all my questions and worked hard to get me the payment plan that Iwanted. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will definitely go back to Steven Kia in Harrisonburg Va. thanks to Michael,Matt and Jake.
