I bought my dream car from this dealership and had a

I bought my dream car from this dealership and had a great experience. Hailey Janes walked me through everything no problem and met my requests. She even made herself available to me on my schedule. My car was delivered at my convenience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Took my brand new and under warranty car in three times

Took my brand new and under warranty car in three times for check engine light .First time, they reset it and said no issues, 2nd time, said it was loose fuel filter. Which is comical. 3rd time, charged me $400 to tell me I needed $16,000 of repairs. Claimed I had DEF in my fuel. New dealer fixed the issue free of charge. There was No DEF in the system. Do NOT use Champion service department. Incompetent mechanics and they can't do anything other than change your oil.

Purchased an extended warranty with my pre-owned truck

Purchased an extended warranty with my pre-owned truck purchased. Had engine problems and they did not stand behind the warranty, turned my engine warranty down because I missed a tire rotation per Tony the service manager.

As always Champion lives to its name. They are truly the best advocates, the biggest Champions for their customer families. The “A” team in all the areas of this dealership; Fred always takes time to say hello and ask how you are doing no matter how busy. Ms. Karen always makes herself available for any concerns. Ms. Vickie in Sales is truly the best of the best and will never guide you wrong, she works for you night and day to ensure you are satisfied even after the sale is completed. She is a class act all the way, Ms. Melissa of Finance is truly invested in her customers and never let a question go without a truthful answer , a caring smile, and infectious sense of humor, Mr. Jay the Service Advisor goes above and beyond every single time. He doesn’t treat you like a number but more like a long time friend. He is always honest, never rushes you and always makes sure you are comfortable with the service you receive and how you receive it and Mr. Greg in Service, the best troubleshooting, hands on no non-sense service and repair specialist you can ask for. His knowledge, skill and ability when it comes to his chosen profession is rarely experienced anywhere else. He is absolutely the go to guy and obviously the brick and mortar that hold the foundation of this class act service department together. They all define the highest quality in hometown customer care & service. They lead by example and demonstrate the truest loyalty to their customers that you will absolutely not find in any other dealership. Myself and entire family go to Champion and have been loyal customers for years even when living out of state because of these exact same people. Don’t get me wrong we have dealt with other dealerships over the years and was an absolute mistake. We love our Champion “A” team. Thank you to the heroes of the Champion A" team.

Called dealership 2 days prior to making a 2 hr trip to

Called dealership 2 days prior to making a 2 hr trip to look at a vehicle. They said truck would be ready, detailed and full inspection finished before my arrival. Truck had not been touched when I arrived. Test drove the truck and noticed it was leaking coolant. They had their “master mechanic” look at the leak and told me it was designed to leak after 50000 miles and there is nothing they could do. Joke of a dealership! Buyer beware
