Scheduled an oil change for 8am so I dropped the truck

Scheduled an oil change for 8am so I dropped the truck the night before. Tried to call and check if it was done and got no answer in the service department. Drove to the dealer and the truck hadn’t been moved. Service tech was doing nothing and I asked if truck was ready. He said how was I supposed to know it was here. Check the night drop box maybe? He acted inconvenienced to have to get up and go check the drop box. When he returned I said just give me the key and left. I won’t be using this service department again

Terrible Communication Kept Vehicle almost a month for a

Terrible Communication Kept Vehicle almost a month for a 2 hour repair had to spend around 4hours at the sales office to resolve an issue with an extended warranty that was supposed to have been fixed months ago lied too about repair times and dates to pick up the vehicle.

Service department was very cooperative, appointment was very smooth , receptionist was very friendly & explained all needed information. Call later on after inspection explained in good detail what’s needed . I chose the most needed to be repaired . Was done on time .

Front cowl warps….

Front cowl warps….dealership wants to charge for a replacement cowl that will do the same thing most likely I don’t feel I should have to part for that
