After padding my bill (see previous review) in which they way overcharged me for fuel pump ($1500), my check-engine light came on and fuel indicator is stuck on full. Had to leave message for circle-back-girl (see previous review) indicating failed service and repair. Even though shoddy work was still under warranty, I never heard back from incompetent staff. Did no follow up because I don't want my car back there.....it's a creepy place.....bad vibes

Check engine light
Everyone is very helpful and they got us a replacement vehicle when we had to bring our Encore 2019 back for the same issues and code. Brought it home on a Thursday and by Saturday it was coding with same code again. No one could tell me what is wrong with it. No one could answer what would happen if it can be fixed, How can you assure customer that it will be fixed if you don?t know what is wrong with it, and or if it happens again.

helped me out... twice
My wife had gotten screws in her tire that could not be repaired due to the proximity to the sidewall. Wilcoxson got a tire and her back on the road the same day. 6 months later the same thing happened. I was a bit upset at the situation, but they once again got her vehicle mobile the same day. I work right across the street from the dealership, so it all played out pretty good.

Battery problem
We received a letter by email from GMC that indicated that our connection to our battery in our new car was bad when my husband took it in for an oil change a week ago they checked it and said it was fine now my car will not start

Take your business somewhere else
I drove from Denver to purchase a used Lincoln MKZ at this dealer because it had low miles and the options that I wanted. Prior to making the two hour trip I spoke with Bre from online sales making sure the car was still available. I also secured financing to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. As I was in route I received a text message from Bre with a picture of the broken back bumper balance. Bre apologized, stating the part was on order., I could sign the paperwork and they would deliver the car to me within 2 days. Because I was already in route and had financing arranged I proceeded. When I got to the dealer I was introduced to John, who did the test drive and would be finalizing the deal. After driving the car I noticed a few more minor repairs the car needed. There was a problem with the front speaker, the back seat warmers did not work, there was a fender clip missing and slight paint overspray on one area of the body. John agreed to fix the above issues and still have the car brought to me within a few days. Over two weeks and multiple messages and calls later, a lot tech finally brought my car. However, the back seat warmers still didn’t work, bumped clip wasn’t fixed, and the paint spray had been rubbed over making the area look even worse. As the person who delivered the car was a lot tech and I had already sold my previous car, I really had no other recourse than to accept the car. I did so and contacted John who apologized and stated that he would get the problem solved and contact me. His solution was for me to take the car to a dealer stating that the seat was still under warranty and send me a bottle of touch up paint. Well I contacted a dealer in Denver, the seat is not under warranty. John then said I could have it fixed and they would “reimburse me” (a scary thought when I reflected on how reliable they had been up to this point). A couple weeks later when vacuuming the car I noticed a plug unplugged under the seat. Plugged it in. Yep it was the back seat warmer and now they work. As a 43 year old female who knows nothing about cars, I fixed it. Obviously no one even took the time to try and figure it out. Touch up paint? 3 months later I still haven’t received it and I have called multiple times. Overall I would NEVER recommend this dealer. No follow through, poor communication, and zero customer service. Let my mistake be your lesson. Go somewhere else

Very happy over the last 7 yrs, but not anymore!
What I was told would only take a couple of hrs. from the service dept. took over 7 days. Parts were not ordered when stated, appt. made even though the mechanic was not in that day. I'm from out of town so it made it very difficult for me. I must have called for information several times a day because no one would call and let me know. Very disappointed. Now I got a letter from a collection agency! I've requested an invoice several times, never got one. Spoke directly with mgr. of billing and never received an invoice. So sad! If you want to be treated like their banners say, (100% satisfaction, 100% of the time,100% of the customers) don't go there. It's totally not worth it!

Honest trustworthly professional
Drove down from Colorado springs to look at the car of my dreams. Bri was great setting up the appointment and then moving things around so I could come a day earlier. Rick the salesman was a up front straight forward profession and very knowable, will be using this man as my go to salesman going forward and recommend to my friends when they begin the process of looking for a car. The financing guy, which sadly I cant remember his name, was a true profession, very friendly took the time to find what worked in the budget, and was easily a joy to work with. Fast forward 14 hours, my company lays off 6 employees including the only other person that works in my department. They tell me to be prepared because they are bringing in a new manager and that my job was also in the hot seat. fearing I would be let go I called up the gm, and explained my situation. This man is a legend and is the true show stopper of this company. He allowed me to return my dream car knowing I wouldn't be able to keep up with the payments if and when I lost my job. I will always use this company and recommend this company. What a class act, what a true gentleman. I will be going back there as soon as I find a steady job and save up for a couple months. The General Manager (once again sorry forgot the name) is a man you want to do business with. This is the only dealership for me.
