Best Experience Buying a new Vehicle

Raymond, Jerry and Mike were fantastic. Raymond was very patient, helpful and thorough explaining all the Jeep features including taking the top off. We appreciate all the time he spent with us.

Quick and easy

Went in for a recall that was supposed to take 2 hours took about 30 minutes. Made an appointment and they were right on time

My experience at the service counter and shop

The service writer ahead was very professional knew about my vehicle explained everything to me what was going to be done and And about what it would cost thank you not many places have courteous and professional people at the service counter

Just not right

I had a terrible experience at Safford yesterday. I was looking to buy a used van from Safford for my handicapped friend. I live in Northern Virginia about an hour and 20 minutes away. Before leaving, the salesman texted that “I see a lot of vehicles come and go and this van is in great shape”. I was surprised to find that the car had: 1) rust with peeling paint, 2) the automatic hatch was broken (estimated repair at about $600), 3) the interior roof upholstery was bubbling and torn where it meets the windshield, and 4) the fire wall material that separates the engine from the passenger compartment was lying on the rear part of the engine. I found the reporting of the condition of the car to be misleading and unethical. However, what was most disturbing is that they were willing to sell an unsafe van to a handicapped lady. The manager offered to sell the car for $260 less than the agreed price and refused to fix the safety issue. Moreover, this dealer added on a $799 processing fee. Safford cannot be trusted by the public.

Water pump broke.

My water temperature gauge pegged out. I pulled over. Called my Service advisor at Safford Jeep, Ram, Dodge dealer in Fredericksburg, Va. Ms. Martha Lewis recommended I not drive the car. I called AAA for a tow to the dealership. Marta Lewis was there waiting for me. It was past 6 pm. AND MARTHA WAITED FOR ME. When we purchased this vehicle in 2012, we purchased the UNLIMITED "forever" warranty. Martha assured me that if it was a water pump issue it was under warranty EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 116,000 plus miles. Safford Fredericksburg dealership stood behind the warranty. MARTHA IS THE BEST. I trust her recommendations for service for several years. SHE IS THE BEST. Safford Fredericksburg dealership and its customers are fortunate to have Martha AND THE ENTIRE SALES SERVICE TEAM.

Martha and her colleagues are great

Martha Lewis continues to be the best service rep I've dealt. within my 40 years of driving...once again she took care of a pop up service requirement with excellent results...so glad I bought my jeep here

Quick Service

Service was performed quickly and accurately. They completed in less then the estimated time. Service representatives gave a good detailed report prior to departure, and there was no upsell.
