It was very good service by salesman Ryan. He was watching out for my tenant from contacting, following up on, to assessing his service needs.

The excellent responsive staff helped me through my first internet buying experience. We came across a great deal, and by the time I could make it there from out of town they already had all the necessary paperwork with my Credit Union ready to go. Lamont Jones II is very professional, courteous, and attentive to the customer's needs. Tracey Wood helped us with the paperwork and we were out the door in no time. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Did not even get a chance to visit nobody called for what I needed they advertise a price then say ;; oh it is not availed ;( can not even believe their response !!

Ryan Macoy went above and beyond to make our dream come true. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything possible to get us what we wanted with us not having the best qualifications. All I can say is WOW. The service that I experienced when I came to Vallejo Nissan far exceeded the status quo. Ryan Macoy assisted me in the purchase of my 2016 Camero. Not only did he go above and beyond to work with the bank in financing my car, he spoke directly with the insurance company and ensured that my experience was efficient and memorable. It is not often that a manager gets so involved with customers, but Ryan is not your avergage guy. Get whatever needs to be done in writing with great specifics. If a rim is scratched, get a new one. Don't ask for it to be fixed. These people will spray paint wheels and empty a bottle of touch up paint on a used car. Avoid the used car manager, Rick, dude is a snake oil salesman. Bought from there a year ago, the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Look for the dealer to post there own fake good comments and try to bury this review.
