Took my Lincoln for oil change and tire rotation, dealership had vehicle for an hour and twenty minutes before I was told they were working on a recall, without permission. Was contacted two weeks later on a Wednesday saying had to have vehicle to them by Friday so they could finish recall without charging me. Took a vacation day from work because was told they needed 8 hrs to finish recall. Long story short they've had the vehicle 4 days already and need another day to fix the windshield they broke in the process. No faith I'll get my car tomorrow, soon will be seeking legal fix.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave on 7/06/24 from D Patrick Boonville. We had only had it for 2 hours when the dashboard lit up. We returned the car to the dealership and asked for our money back. They denied the request because they said that the Indiana Lemon Law did not apply to a used car. They offered to check the car out and tell us what was wrong, they told us that it was a catalytic converter then tried to charge us $2200 for the repair. I told them that we spent all of the money on the car, we ended up paying for $500 of the repairs. We picked the car up on 7/15 from them, we were driving home from a banquet on August 2nd and the car died at a stop sign. We have the car towed to D Patrick that night, they called on Monday to say that they couldn't repair the car but they didn't know what was wrong. They don't repair Buicks. I have had to pay to tow the car to another location and I'm waiting for the mechanic to tell me what's wrong. I was told that it's most likely the timing chain that will require a new engine. I spent $8500 on the car, an additional $500 to replace the catalytic converter, and now $140 for the tow. This car has become a money pit. I plan to register complaints with the Indiana State Attorney General and the Indiana State Dealership Complaint Division. I will also post negative reviews everywhere I can to prevent someone else from being taken advantage of by this company.

Nicole, unfortunately, when purchasing an as is vehicle with no warranty there is nothing the dealership can do when the vehicle has an internal engine component that fails. Vehicles with 160,000 miles on them could have these issues at any given time. This vehicle was represented as stating that it had no warranty and was currently sold as is

As a hardworking individual, I expected honesty and respect when visiting D Patrick. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of those expectations. My experience was incredibly frustrating due to the complete lack of responsibility and communication from ownership itself (Peter O’Daniel and Mike O’Daniel). From the moment I tried to register/Title my vehicle, calls and emails went unanswered and promises were unfulfilled. It's disheartening to see such negligence in a business that relies on trust and professionalism. I strongly advise against dealing with D Patrick, unless you're prepared to deal with a an unethical business.

I started researching on-line, as well as visiting a few local Ford dealers for a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport and found quite a few vehicles that looked like possibilities. My wife and I happened to drive by D-Patrick Ford in Boonville and we decided to stop in. We were greeted by Shane who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions we had at the time. Though no deal transpired during our 1st meeting, for some reason I turned to my wife and said I hope this is the guy we land up getting a deal done with. Sure enough, it wasn't long before Shane notified us he found the exact Ford Bronco Sport we were looking for at their Lebanon location. He was very helpful through the whole process, including explaining the many options the Bronco Sport has. My wife and I were both exceptionally pleased with our experience with this dealership! I would give Shane 6 Stars if I could.
