Service department is unprofessional.
Service department is unprofessional. When an issue arised with the service being done on my vehicle, I asked to speak with the service manager. Jennifer stated that the dealership does not have service manager. So, I asked her who do customers speak to when their is a problem that occurs with service and her response was "There is no manager that the customers can speak to." What kind of car dealership doesn't have a manager of their service department? Service is what keeps customers coming back after they buy vehicles. I definetly won't be coming back.

Stay AWAY!
Please stay away from this place, especially if you are a woman! I spent all day discussing with the salesman Willie Stratton about trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. After confirming the amount for my trade in and the sale price of the new vehicle I agreed to purchase. I told them I was all set and approved through my bank and could send the info right over. He told me they only agreed on my price because they wanted to provide financing. I told them I would let them pull credit from three banks if they could beat my interest rate, with the obvious intention the vehicle would be being purchased. This all took place Friday into the evening. I understood I would be contacted in the morning. After running my credit THREE times they tell me they sold the vehicle. Please go anywhere else. I had made it very clear I was purchasing and was clearly prepared to purchase so now o have three new inquiries on my credit report and no car. Im sure as a woman they felt they could take full advantage of me. I have reported both the seller, Willie, and the dealership to both Chevy/GM headquarters as well as the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Commission that handles licensing.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!
