I came to look at a truck on the used lot and Isaac was

I came to look at a truck on the used lot and Isaac was really helpful even though it was a bitter cold day. He answered all my questions and let me drive the truck a couple time to be sure. He followed up on all my questions and kept up on a days worth of phone tag… After the sale he went out of his way to help with a couple more things I needed. I’m happy with my purchase! Keep up the good work Isaac!

Very Pleased

They were friendly, efficient, and didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want. I ordered and purchased a hard to get vehicle and they ,unlike so many I talked to, didn't require a markup. My best dealership experience where I didn't have friend or family connections with the salesman!

Awful service department!!!

Great place to buy a car. Awful place to get it serviced. Took my car in to get my vent changed and never got my oil sticker changed from last time. Told them after I left from last oil change that I didn’t get a new sticker. They told me not to worry about it they would get me one when the vent came in. Vent came in and I was scheduled for June. Got a call the day before my appointment that the person that was able to change the vent was not there all week and that I would have to be rescheduled 2nd week of July. Once again I mentioned that I never got an oil change sticker from the last oil change and didn’t know when I would need it changed. Was told not to worry about it they would take care of it at the appointment. Went to my appointment yesterday and told them that I may need an oil change but I didn’t know cuz I didn’t have a sticker. Also told them that I had spoken to Matt on 2 occasions before this about the sticker. I was told well you missed your appointment in June. Explained to them that it was not a missed appointment I was called to reschedule because they didn’t have a person to fix my vent at the time. When I was called to pick up my vehicle I was told I lost my warranty for going over 5k plus miles and they broke part of my dashboard while fixing the vent and would have to come back and get that fixed when the parts came in. I told them that was not possible I had just gotten an oil change done in May and it’s only July and I don’t drive that much. When I went in to pick up the car I requested my records from the last 2 oil changes to find out what was going on now since I had lost my warranty (literally the only thing that keeps me coming back to get serviced there). They just kept saying I had lost it for going way over. I had asked them on the phone to look at my previous encounters with them to make sure what they were saying was accurate. Requested to see the paper work only for the man to walk out and say oh you’re right we haven’t been changing your mileage in the paperwork. You shouldn’t of lost your warranty and you actually didn’t even need this oil change. Of course I still had to pay for the oil change I received even though I didn’t need it and was told Matt would call me the next day and straighten everything out. Today I called Matt because it’s mid afternoon and I wasn’t sure if he was going to call and explained what had happened and he said he straightened out the warranty and the system it was a bad on their part (something I’m starting to hear more often from this company). When I explained that I got an oil change that I didn’t need and I did not know whether I needed it or not due to the sticker issue I was pretty much told you got what you paid for. Listen if you are buying a car from this company for the warranty go somewhere else. It takes 2 plus months to get in for a simple oil change. In order to keep your warranty you have to get it done through them. I am always being told they are short staffed so it has to be that way but have been getting the same excuse since I bought the car March 2022. I have sent people there direction with lube tech experience only for those people to be told they aren’t hiring. They are constantly trying everything to take your warranty away. I will never buy a car here again for the simple fact that the service department is so incredibly difficult to deal with. Love my car and loved my buying experience had it not been for the love of my vehicle I would have traded it in as fast as I could to avoid this service department .

Vogler Motor Company

I purchased a used F150 truck through Isaac Norris ( sales representative). He was very helpful and easy to talk with. He explained the closing process and basically handled all loan and registration details which made the sale really easy. The facilities were nice and all staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
