The sales person was great!

The sales person was great! Knowledgeable and friendly. The finance manager was pushy and did not listen to my needs. That was unfortunate after a great experience to that point.

Tamara is a super salesperson!

Tamara is a super salesperson! Very easy to work with. Super easy transaction. No hassles or snags. Looking forward to driving my new vehicle. Never planned on buying a truck today but here we are thanks to Tamara.

Overall the issue was resolved which was great for me.

Overall the issue was resolved which was great for me. However, there was some issues with the service. It was difficult to get an appointment. I arrived early for my appointment Monday morning. They were busy that day and probably didn’t diagnosis it until the Tuesday morning. That was fine, but I called a few times Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning but could not reach a service rep for a status on my car. I reached out to the main site and sent a message, which soon afterwards I started receiving messages from the dealership and service departments. They were even able to fix the minor issue as well that morning. It would have been nice to get a call or message Monday afternoon just letting me know that the car will be diagnosed Tuesday. The service department was very kind and busy. Again, I just needed better communication from the beginning. Overall I’m glad they were able to diagnose and find the problem and resolve it that same day.

I bought a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse in December 2024 after

I bought a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse in December 2024 after considering a Buick because I liked the looks of the Chevrolet better. I had owned Two Buicks for 10 years each with wonderful service. Two ten years of great trouble free service. The new Traverse drives great and I love the ride but with the new computer systems that come in the car and learning how to use all the apps is quite intimidating for an 84 year old. Not only that, but in the 8 months I've had the Traverse The check engine has come on twice for parts that needed to be replaced causing 4 trips to the dealer. The cruise control works sometimes, sometimes not. I'm wondering if I made a mistake buying the Traverse over the Buick.

Jeff and Andy in service were awesome!! Took my Silverado in for oil change and inspection and they even washed it for me and sent an inspection video. Wonderful visit and look forward to the next visit.
