Write a reviewRespectful, no pressure service
As a woman buying a car by myself, I very much appreciated the respectful treatment I received from not only my salesman, Kevin Jones, but also the sales manager, receptionist, and other salespeople on the floor. I felt appreciated and that the negotiation was handled in an efficient, forthright way. While there was a bit of a mix-up with the registration of the vehicle I purchased, every effort was made to resolve the issue to my least inconvenience possible.

Kyle Guzman
My experience with Kyle Guzman was excellent. He was attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would refer friends and family for future purchases and I would return to purchase another vehicle.

Fantastic buying experience
They had the exact car I was looking for and I got a fair price on it. Paul Thrasher was an excellent salesman, not high pressure at all and extremely informative about the car. The whole process went quickly and efficiently and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Nightmare experience: Lied to & they have our paid-for car
My wife & I bought a Mazda 3 here. We test drove it, but she wanted to sleep on it, so we came back the next day to buy it. We called ahead and were told it was ready for us to drive away. When we arrived, the car was not ready. We were kept waiting an hour, and were the only customers. I got up to use the restroom, and our salesman was being questioned by the front desk staff about the wait. He said the car had hit a curb on a test drive before we got there, and was being repaired! This accident was not disclosed to us. I asked if it was "routine" work that took too long and was told that was the case--a falsehood. The car was "ready" the next day. My wife immediately noticed the awful noise from the bad rotor and returned it, and they said they'd just "missed some rust" on the rotor. We knew about the accident, but trusted our salesman to make sure it was fixed. They claimed it was fixed, and we picked it up, and it again made the noise, so we returned it a 2nd time. This is now 3 times that they've worked on it, and it still made the noise when my wife returned to pick it up the 3rd time. We took it to a trusted mechanic (flawless BBB rating, unlike Pearson, which had several complaints), and he examined the rotor and found it was warped and needed replacing. He documented the findings and was confident Pearson would replace the part when they saw his report. The rotor was visibly warped and had no rust. We dropped the car off again, and received a call from Judy, service manager, to tell us that the mechanic "Discovered yet more rust" and removed it and it was flawless. We told her that wasn't acceptable, as we'd seen the rotor, and knew about the accident. At this point, she denied the accident happened, denied the rotor had problems, and stopped returning our calls. They have our car. They have our money. We call them to talk, and they just say "The car is ready." Judy claimed several days ago that a sales manager would call me to talk about a refund, but none did. I eventually got a sales manager on the phone (after several mis-transfers) and he had never heard of the issue and had no notes on the car. Something is really, really wrong here. I'm sure if you're lucky you can get a car where nothing went wrong, and you have a great experience, but having discovered that a sales man, front desk sales person, and service manager are all willing to lie and mislead the customer, I can't and won't trust this place. At this point we just want the situation resolved, and will never use them for service, sales, or anything again. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and encourage other customers who have been misled to do the same.

Never again!
Worst car buying experience ever! I have purchased numerous cars in my time and this was the absolute worst! Purchased a 2016 that was used. In order to make the deal I had them agree to fix a scratch, a tear in a seat and provide rubber floor mats and cargo mat. After waiting over 3 hours to see the finance guy paper were finally signed on 11/8. Was told that car would be fixed by 11/15 and was given a loaner and promised we would never see the scratch. On 11/15 returned and the scratch had been touched and was as noticeable as before if not more. The seat had not even been repaired. After going back and forth with them saying they would not fix anymore, they decided to, since we never took delivery of the car. We asked about the floor and cargo mats that had been promised also at this time. We were given a dumb look from Phil the salesman, like what are you talking about? After showing them the IOU he came out with the floor mats and then told us he would overnight the cargo mat to our house. We were given the vehicle and accepted it (like dummies) being told to bring it back the following week and it the scratch again would be fixed and the seat would be fixed. On 11/18 the cargo mat that was to be overnight-ed had still not arrived. After contacting and threatening the salesman, we were told the mat was at the dealer and to come by on 11/19, which we did. We were told then to bring the car back the following day and drop it off for the repairs. The car was dropped off on 11/20 for the repairs that were to have happened the following week.( Mind you its 36 miles one way from our house to this dealer) On 11/23 my wife was contacted to tell her the scratch was repaired but the seat had not been and that we would have to bring it back again. Being totally unsatisfied with this I contact the GM who told me they had bent over backwards for us. Really??? We are the ones who are buying from you. We are the ones driving all the miles and spending all the time contacting you and coming to you!! Really, you have given us nothing but a hard time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good overall buying experience
I bought a 2014 Mazda3 iSport last week, and it was a very good overall experience. Paul Thrasher (Internet Sales) was responsive, attentive and thoughtful. He listened to what was important to me and sought to accommodate. There was no hard-selling, and I ended up with good value for the price. I would recommend this dealership and Paul in particular.

Overall great experience.
I've never bought a vehicle with less than 140k miles so when I decided on a certified 2014 Mazda 6, so glad I went to Pearson. Paul was a outstanding salesperson and made the process a breeze. Everything from price to detailing to finance couldn't have been more if a pleasure. I love my new car and the fact that I don't have to worry about anything besides basic maintenance until 2020! Would highly, highly recommend Mazda, Pearson and especially Paul Thrasher in the internet department to anyone looking for a new car.

Luciano Batista is the Man.!
So I've had my 2007 Mazda RX8 for about a year now and I bought it with only 13,000 original miles on it. Yet shortly after having the car the breaks would not stop squeezing no matter how soft I breaked. I figured since the low mileage that it was because the car was practically in new conditions but I now have to get all of my pads changed. I've already got the pads I just need an estimate on how much the labor will cost and I was also wondering if there's any type of warranty or even a "first free service" repair that I haven't used or anything like that. Luciano Batista was the one who sold me the car and I remember him telling me that the first repair would be free if I payed for the parts or something along those lines. I need this done tomorrow so I can pass my inspection later that afternoon so anything helps.

Two thumbs up for Pearson Mazda
Paul Thrasher was not only very knowledgeable, but made every part of getting a new car so easy and fun! Being my first time leasing a new vehicle I feel that it would be hard to beat the kind of customer service I received!
