Buying a Used Car made easy

I traded my Honda CRV-EX for a Honda Element-EX recently. I was very pleased with my sales associate, Jarod. He didn't pull any punches, showed me all the figures and we agreed on deal that satisfied both of us!

Great place to buy a car

This is a great place to buy your car! They were very accommodating of our schedules and had the cars we were interested in pulled up and ready to go. We had already agreed to buy the car and when he came back with paperwork he found that while we were shopping the price of the car had dropped in the webpage so he revised the price to match. I saw Anwar on Thursday and he set up an appointment for us with Joe Parra for Saturday. Both salesman were very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. We financed there at Don Ayres and got a great rate! Now we have the exact car we needed for our situation and couldn't be happier. I have dealt with Don Ayres in the past and I know that thier service department is also spot on! Buy your next car at Don Ayres!

The last three visits to the service department have left...

The last three visits to the service department have left me disappointed. Today I came in to because of a safety recall on my can. I made an appointment for 1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm. I was asked if I wanted an inspection. I agreed. I heard nothing during the course of my visit until I made an inquiry 2 hours later. I was told the van would be ready in 10 minutes. Forty minutes later I had to ask again. Prior work on the van was also less than satisfactory. The instrument panel had to be replaced. I left the van, things were replaced. I left the dealership to find that several lights and points on the panel were not working. I returned to have things made right. However, several bulbs had to be replaced and were not in stock. My SRS light was lite when it had not been before. I know things happen and I am usually graceful about a mishap. However, three visits in a row makes me not want to return. This is the first Honda I have owned. Buicks and Lexus...

This is the first Honda I have owned. Buicks and Lexus SUV's have been my usual buys. As soon as the warranty ends I trade. Liked the looks of the Honda CRV and interested in a smaller SUV from the others I have had. Salesman Ty was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what I wanted and spent a great deal of time with me. I was able to take the car out for awhile and show my Husband. I had always heard friends compliment the service they have received on their Hondas at Don Ayres Honda as well as the quality of the Honda. Sales Manager Shannon was also involved in the sale and he was pleasant, personable and professional.

Our New Car Buying Experience

Our salesman, Gabe, was very pleasant, efficient and not pushy. He kept us informed as to the process of obtaining our vehicle and having it ready to deliver. He did everything that he told us he would do and in a timely manner. When we picked up the car, there was a small problem and Gabe got it corrected right away. He followed up with us a few days after we brought the car home to be sure we were able to set up the options without any problem. All in all, our experience with Gabe and Don Ayres Honda was very positive.

Buyer re-establishing credit

My wife and I recently were discharged from a bankruptcy and were looking to re-establish credit. We were not sure what to expect as far as an approval or what payment and interest rate to expect. We were both extremely satisfied with the results. Our sales person and our finance manager were very understanding and worked very hard to make sure we were very satisfied. Thank you to everyone at Don Ayres Honda for helping us find the kind of vehicle and payment that we were searching for.
