2016 Honda Civic EX

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I purchased. He was not high pressure or pushy. He even had them expedite the detailing the vehicle while we waited. Overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with Josh and Don Ayers Honda.

Great experience

we had a great experience getting our cr-v. Shannon did a great job going over the options that our cr-v has. This was our first time at Don Ayres Honda and i would recommend them to my friends and family.

I Love Don Ayres Honda

A great big thank you to the excellent service staff at Don Ayres Honda. I am on my 3rd Honda purchased at Don Ayres and have always had a fantastic outcome. Recently I stopped in and inquired about a “rattle” I heard on my new CRV. Without delay they put my car on the rack and found a loose part. The tightened the part and away I went. I just can’t imagine dealing with any other dealership. Thank you again for your kindness and helpfulness.

We had a great experience buying our Oddysey!

My wife and I knew we wanted to by an Oddysey, and Rick helped us figure out which trim package best suited our needs. It was great working with Rick and we appreciated his friendly and helpful nature! We’ll definitely buy our next Honda from Don Ayres!

Great Experience! 100% Recommended

My Fiance and I had decided to lease our next vehicle. Neither of us had any experience with leasing so I did a lot of web searching and spoke on the phone with a few dealers. We both are so thankful that we chose to visit Don Ayres. We live in a rural area and had to drive at least an hour in each direction to find creditable (hopefully) dealers. Don Ayres has remarkable ratings within the industry and Very popular with consumers. We had met a couple of people on vacation that were driving a CRV & stopped to ask their opinions on it. Not only did they love it, they couldn't praise Don Ayres dealership enough. I got online right away & wrote them about a couple of vehicles & also for information on their leasing program. Mr.Ed Feipel contacted me immediately. I had already been told/promised things by other CRV salesmen which I later learned were empty words that held no truth. However I felt very comfortable with Ed and looked forward to meeting him and driving this gorgeous vehicle. From the minute we walked into the showroom until we left hours later we knew we had definitely made the right choice by visiting Don Ayres. Everyone was genuinely friendly & respectful. Ed Feipel is fantastic and a breath of fresh air within the stereotyped perception of "car salesman". I knew right away that even if the vehicle we went to test drive wasnt the one for us, we were getting a Honda eventually & we were buying it at Don Ayres & from Ed Feipel. Before we went there my fiance wanted to at least test drive the GMC & also the Buick versions of the CRV (which was at the top of my list). He was so impressed with this vehicle, Ed Feipel, and how everyone worked with him and with us. We never felt pressured, and Jarrod in their financial department was not only extremely helpful, he made sure we were fully educated in the world of "Leasing". After we both test drove "our" new car my fiance decided he had no desire to go see any other vehicles. We both knew this was the One for us. We also know that Ed Feipel,along with all the other employees there, has made Don Ayres Honda a dealership of high values and integrity.

New Pilot

This was a great experience execept for the picture. We have purchased other vehicles from Don Ayres, and we have been treated courteously and professionaly. I do enjoy the interaction with Rick. Oh, we also got a great Honda Pilot!

everything okay while under warrantee

had a dead battery issue on a 2015 CRV, still under 3 year warrantee. They could find no problems, blamed it on using the auxillary power, we programmed the GPS, took about 2 minutes. Two months later, same problem but now not under warrantee, now the battery is bad and needs replaced, $120+. After every previous service I was contacted to review the service and encouraged to follow up, this time they must have forgotten to send me the survey! That's why I am reviewing here.
