Got it! Here's an updated version of your review incorporating these details: "I deeply regret choosing this company for my vehicle's service. Unlike the New Jersey location, which records all repairs and emails the video directly to customers after service, this location sabotaged my vehicle. Not only did they brake the slider for the heater/air conditioner vent, they did something leaving with no heat or air conditioning, despite the heater working when I arrived. I also purchased tires for over $2,000, which look old or refurbished and drive terribly, and the air pressure in the tires was improperly set at the wrong pressures. If I hadn’t been unwell, I would have driven to New Jersey, my home state, where I trust their transparent practices. Instead, I now face the added burden of traveling to New Jersey to have these damages undone, which is both expensive and incredibly frustrating. It feels as though this location deliberately caused issues to get additional money for repairs. I cannot recommend their services and advise others to proceed with caution. I’m not sure if this would have happened if I were a male or someone else. I’m so frustrated I’m looking into a way to pursue legal action. Any advise?

Wonderful experience!
We drove from Ohio to look at a pre-owned 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. It was well worth the drive! The salesman Jon was very helpful. Many emails were exchanged prior to our trip and he always responded quickly with answers to our questions. We had a good deal negotiated before we got there, but Jon ended up making it an even better deal!! The car is amazing and in exactly the condition the pictures showed it to be (actually looked even better in person). Jon kept telling us we wouldn't be disappointed and he was right! Kari was amazing as well. The purchasing process could not have been easier. And she loves dogs! When we're in the market for our next Porsche, I will certainly give Jon a call.

Love at first drive!
In the market for a new car, I knew I wanted a convertible. I had been youtubing a number of cars, but couldn't decide on what could check every box on my list, something practical, fast, exotic, and a sound that got my blood pumping. I stopped by my local Porsche dealership in Indianapolis and drove a 911 4S and instantly fell in love. Instead of buying right then and there, I went home and built one online in hopes that I could find it somewhere in the US. Insert Euroclassics! A gently used 911 4S with everything I wanted and a few things I didn't know I wanted. I called Euroclassics on Monday and spoke with Drew Hardiman. Not only was Drew personable, knowledgeable and not pushy, his passion for Porsche resonated in every conversation. He was timely and honest with his responses. Given his over 8 years Porsche service experience, every question I had was answered and he even shared some maintenance tidbits that would help keep the car out trouble. 90% of our conversation were via phone and email and I never felt uncomfortable about buying a car I had only seen via pics on the internet. Once, we decided on purchasing the car, Drew handed the reins over to the Finance Manager, Kari Schwear, who couldn't have been any more close to perfect throughout the process. Kari worked hard to explain all items needed upon delivery and even more tirelessly to get me the best rate possible. She and Drew explained the different warranty packages (which I highly recommend purchasing) and all the necessary documents needed for my state of residence. She is a Porsche enthusiast true and through and a very kind soul. I highly recommend Euroclassics even if you live across the country. The dealership, the service, the insight, the kindness, the conversation, and the all around experience was the way car buying should be. Hats off to Drew Hardiman and Kari Schwear for helping to make me a Porsche guy. Thank you for making it a "DOPE" experience rather than just another transaction!

Dream Car Finally Purchased
In 1995 I toured the Porsche factory in Stuttgart. I was 15 years old. I had the dream of one day owning a 911, but never really believed it would happen. A Porsche keychain was purchased at the factory as a good luck charm of sorts. The hope was to connect it to the real deal. It took 22 years, but I did it. Thank you Euroclassics!

Excellent Porsche Dealership!
Euroclassics is my "go to" Porsche dealer for all my Porsche needs...sales, parts and service. They provide First-Class customer service in all areas mentioned above. One of my Porsches is a vintage air-cooled 911. Euroclassics has two mechanics that will still work on the "classic" Porsches. That is a big relief to me because trained technicians that can work on the classic cars are starting to become rare. I buy a lot of parts from Euroclassics. If the part is not in stock, they will order it and it will be at the dealership in one or two days. Plus, they offer PCA members a 10% discount on parts and accessories. There sales team is great. They are a very open and honest team of Porsche professionals. Sometimes I just stop by the dealership to chat and get up to speed on the "latest & greatest" Porsche models and enhancements. I recommend that you stop by and visit their dealership. You will not be disappointed!

Love Euroclassics Porsche
We just got back from a day trip around the Farmville area back roads in the 2010 911 Convertible that we just bought from Euroclassics and it was a blast. I could not end it without thanking them for doing what they could to get together with us on the car. The last convertible that I owned I purchased from them in 2004. Since this will be my last Porsche it only seems fitting that I buy it from them also. The car is as close to perfect as it gets and I am sure that Linda and I will enjoy it for many years. I also can not let it pass without mentioning what an outstanding salesman and person Brian Falkner is. As much as the deal they put together, his personality and attitude convinced us that we were buying the right car for us. He was patient and always helpful. You have an outstanding employee there. Easy Purchase
I bought my 2011 Porsche Cayman from Euroclassics. I found them easy to deal with and friendly. Every step of the process was smooth. I have also gotten very good service when I bring car in for repairs. I would recommend them for sales and service.

Professional Staff
The most patient automobile dealership I've ever worked with. It took me ten years to finally make a decision and purchase a vehicle from Euroclassics. They were professional in every way possible and always responded to my questions about a car. After 20+ test drives I finally purchased a 911 from Euroclassics. Love My Cayenne!
Owning a Porsche Cayenne has always been a dream of mine. After years of waiting, I finally was in a financial position to be able to purchase a new 2017. After a couple of weeks driving it, I am even more in love with my Cayenne. Thank you Euroclassics for everything.
