Ram 1500, classic

JC was very helpful and friendly. He understood the situation I was in and did all he could to help me. The finance staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me completed and out the door on time. Amazing Service

Recommend 100%. The competitor in town gave me the run around, and in 2 hours Glenbrook and Darrell had me out the door! I got the best price of 5 Jeep dealers in our area, and that’s the reason I will keep coming back to Glenbrook.

Good experience.

Brad was great to work with. Everyone was friendly and it was a good experience. Was a little disappointed that the engine light came on not even 24 hours after we had the car but it should be taken care of in a couple days. Would have like to hear that they wanted to get us in right away since we just bought the car. Customer service is 3 stars because of this.

2018 Wrangler Unlimited

John and the team made the process very easy. Allie helped explain lease paperwork.Talked me over the features of the Jeep. Help sync my phone even showed my how remove top. My buddy went in and bought one the following day from them. I will be returning again for another purchase.

Long and Incomplete

I waited an 1 1/2 for an oil change.... They were also to rotate my tires however on my way home I quickly realized they had not. They sell me a vehicle yet forget that it has a display telling me my tire pressures. All four tires had a different pressure upon my arrival (on purpose). Ironically they were all in the same location when I checked on my way home. So they “rotated” my tires. Very disappointed and will be finding another dealership to take my car back to.
