Jesse Knight has the patience of a saint! My husband and I purchased a used Jeep on our 4th visit to Glenbrook Dodge. Then my husband changed his mind. Took that Jeep back and then he wanted to build a Jeep. So did the paper work for that. Then my husband changed his mind again! Wanted the used Jeep we had to begin with! Jesse was so patient and kind. I can't thank him enough for putting up with us. And Lamont Mills did our financing. He had to do all the paper work twice. Another very patient and understanding employee of Glenbrook Dodge. We live in Sidney, Indiana. We will definitely make the drive back to Glenbrook Dodge if and when we need another vehicle. My visit was awesome, I arrived and was greeted quickly and taken where to go, Brian was most helpful and friendly! He wrote up order quickly and sent me to the waiting room! In a short time he came and said they are washing your car and it will be up shortly, which it was. I never expected a car wash so that was nice. I’ll recommend them to anyone!

I spent 34000$ dollars on a van and it had two tires that were down to the wear bars and they would not replace them it cost me an additional 600$ for two tires I was very disappointed I’ve done a lot of buisiness through glenbrook just disappointed

We were so pleased with Greg Michael's. Greg was courteous and respectful. He seemed genuinely happy to help us and to see that we got the vehicle we wanted and reasonable value for our trade. He communicated with us in person during all 3 visits to the dealership and by text prior and in between and since our purchase. He did not pressure us on any decisions about the vehicle, warranty, or financing. Omar in finance likewise did not pressure us about warranty or financing. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a new Jeep Gladiator from Kory. He came out and greeted us and was very helpful as we decided if it was something we wanted to do. I didn’t really have intentions of buying that night as I’ve always driven a Mercedes my entire life but he gave us was great to work with and I would highly recommend!

We got a pleasant response from Greg with information on a vehicle in their inventory that we might be interested in. We stopped to see the vehicle and met Greg in person.
