This was my 7th time purchasing a new vehicle from Lutesville Ford and they just keep getting better! They make the sales process so easy and work hard to help me find the perfect vehicle for my needs! The sales and finance people are friendly and never pushy. I travel from NE Arkansas to keep buying my vehicles from Lutesville Ford and I will keep doing so!

I love how they say no extra fees whatsoever, when everything they have for sale is $3,000 to $7000 over MSRP 🤦‍♂️ All of there used stuff is over priced also!

I do not recommend this company. I was told flat out that they will not help me on pricing or delivery and was offered no other incentives to make a deal. They do not appear to want to help customers nor offer any complimentary services other dealers have

THEY KEPT MY PRIOR C-MAX UP-TO-DATE WITH PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ITEMS AND I SIMPLE HAD NO MECHANICAL ISSUES UNTIL I WORE THE REAR BALL BEARING OUT. I GUESS 184,000 MILES WILL DO THAT. NO GIMMICKS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, JUST HONEST CAR DEALING.
