Service sucks

Own a ford SUV under warranty, have been calling service for 2 days , no one answers the phone. This is ridiculous. Ford needs to pull this dealership.

Salesperson was very helpful and not pushy!!!

Im looking to spend 40,000 toward a car and want to test drive a few since now the Mustangs have so many options. Don't want to be stuck at the desk for hours talking payments until i have decided which car is for me. This particular Salesperson was not pushy, volunteered to come in on his day off to be there to help me decide and said i could drive as many as i wanted...He will be my Salesmen for sure!!

Quick response

I asked about a vehicle they had in stock online and was contacted almost immediately. They answered all of my questions and even followed up with me to make sure I didn’t need anything else. Good service!

Awful experience

Traded in a perfectly good Toyota to get an SUV I thought would last a while.On the way home from trading in the car was experiencing major transmission issues.Lot was closed so I couldn't go back that night but first thing next morning was told nothing could be done.They got my car they are reselling for 110000 while their 8000 car is headed to the junkyard.

Excellent purchase experience

We were in the market for purchase of a small SUV or crossover and considered the usual group: Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV, Subaru Forester/Outback and Mazda CX5. We had visited some other dealers weeks earlier and had test-driven the other models. On a Saturday, we decided to go to Berglund Mazda just to look at a CX-5 but not necessarily to test-drive one. However, thanks to Sam Simpson, our sales associate, we ended up purchasing a CX-5 the same day. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle (which, in our experience with other sales associates in other dealerships of different makes, is not always the case) and he let us test-drive the vehicle twice so that we could get a better idea and evaluation of the vehicle. Sam is an excellent sales associate whom I would recommend; he is sincere and never once did we sense any high-pressure sales pitch. When it came to delivery day, Sam made sure the vehicle was ready; he even sent us a calendar with a photo of the new car. He introduced us to the friendly folks in the service department and we got to see the service bay (which appeared clean and orderly-first impressions are still important). There was a small issue with the vehicle?s mudflap and he made sure that it was repaired. I cannot rate the quality of repairs at this time since the vehicle is not yet due for maintenance and has not needed repairs. As for the facility itself, it?s a little dated in appearance, especially when we had to go next door to the newly renovated and fancy Ford dealership to finalize the paper work; however, it was clean and presentable. As for the buying process itself, paperwork is paperwork and I don?t think there is a way to shorten that. Finally, if we were to decide to purchase another Mazda (or a Ford), we would ask for Sam again!

PARTS DEPARTMENT

The parts department ordered a OEM tail lamp for my car and after they received it in said it was the wrong part and they could not return it. I have to pay $65.00 for the part and I cannot use either. I told them I did not think that was right to charge me for a brand new part (still in the box) that I cannot use but they said it was non returnable. I will not use Berglund again for service.

The service consultant, Rochelle, was fabulous. She is well informed and very competent at her job. I had a mother in law traveling from out of town with car issues and she manage to squeeze us in with a very short wait time. The mechanic was equally helpful and friendly. When I am in the market for a new car I will return. In fact Rochelle tried to sell me a new Ford Fusion. Thanks for a great experience, I believe sales starts in service. ABS

Used car buy

I was in the market for a used Mazdaspeed3. I did most of my negotiation over the phone with Tim Mays. He was very professional and willing to answer lots of questions. We came to a deal and I drove up and picked up the car. It was a very stress free experience and I feel that we both got a good deal. I would buy again.
