Great experience!

My experience was great. Mike was helpful and the new process for buying a vehicle was the most pleasant I've ever experienced. I would not hesitate to work with Mike again in the future!

Excellent

We had been looking for a second car for almost 2 years. I have sat in every style and make out there. Finally saw one on the computer that was at this lot and went there. It wasn't there that day but Nick Lennartz found it and brought it to the lot the next day. It was perfect. His personality and real caring attitude was refreshing. Wonderful test drive and easy paperwork. We had everything taken care of that day. Mrs Paula in financing was a delight.

CR-V Purchase

Great experience, very helpful and friendly, glad I chose Duncan Hokie Honda for my purchase. They were able to give me the best deal possible. I love the fact that I get a 100,000 mile warranty starting the day I purchased the vehicle, not how many miles the car already had on it.

Great Used Car Buying Experience

We had a really great used car buying experience at Duncan's Hokie Honda in Christiansburg, Virginia. We purchased a used car to assist with additional transportation for our family. Julie Felix was so helpful in the buying process and she carefully reviewed the purchase options at Duncan. We had a number of people involved in the buying process and Julie responded thoughtfully to each person's questions and was able to include each person in the decision making process. Julie was able to provide some special options that allowed us to make this buying decision in a positive way. It was her kindness and professionalism that made this purchase such a positive experience. I would recommend that any one considering a new or used car purchase consult with Julie at Duncan to consider the options available at this dealership. The positive service and integrity we experienced at this dealership were a breath of fresh air. Should we have additional vehicle needs for either new or used cars we will be talking with Julie regarding the options that may be available at Duncan.

Great Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from Duncan's Hokie Honda. The service and treatment I received from their entire staff was outstanding. My salesman, Michael Proccacio was very knowledgable and made my choice of the Pilot easy and stress free. With this kind of car buying experience I don't know why anyone would ever go anywhere else.

Great Car at a Great Price from Honest People

We had a great experience at Duncan's Hokie Honda this week. We were looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle for our growing family. Mike Procaccio test drove several different cars with us and was very patient and willing to help us get the car we were looking for. He was very helpful even after we decided to sleep on it and decide later. We came back and purchased the car from him the next day. He was great to help us get exactly what we wanted! Though they couldn't offer us what we wanted for our trade, we never felt pressure to trade anyway. They were very honest and told us that we would be more successful if we sold our other car on our own. We appreciated their honesty and willingness to help. They even helped us learn the steps of selling our own car when they knew they were not getting the trade. We had a great experience and we bought a great new car at an excellent price! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Excellent Experience with Purchase of Two Vehicles

My fiance and I have purchased two used vehicles from Duncan Hyundai. The first was a used 2008 Accord for my fiance, the second was a trade in of my used 2012 Jeep Rubicon for a 2010 Infiniti QX56. Mike Procaccio handled the first transaction with my fiance, and was very friendly, patient, was not aggressive in his sales approach, and negotiated the deal with professionalism and class. He followed up after the sale and she has been very pleased with the car. I worked with Nick Lennartz on my trade-in. On short notice, he had the vehicles I was interested in ready to drive, pulled up to the front, answered all my questions, and even helped me negotiate a deal that I felt very good about. In addition, he even came to Roanoke with the final paperwork (as I was time constrained the day I looked at the vehicles), to make it convenient for me to finalize the deal. He even went so far as to buy my fiance and I a gift for our baby-to-be, who was born a few weeks after we purchased the vehicle. Both of these guys are great, and I will be a loyal customer of Duncan as a result. Kudos to the management of the dealership for employing such great, customer oriented employees.

Car buying experience

We had found a couple cars, online, that we were interested in. We were contacted by Nick Lennartz right away. We had email communications for a few days and then we decided to go see a couple vehicles. We knew what we wanted and Nick worked with us and we were very impressed. We bought the 2001 Dodge Stratus and the process from test drive, to price agreement, to final paperwork (the lady in the financial office was extremely nice) was smooth and easy. Even though we bought a vehicle that was older, we feel like Nick treated us as if we were buying a new car. We will look at Duncan Motors for our next vehicle and would like to work with Nick again. We will also recommend Duncan and Nick for anyone we hear is looking for a vehicle.

A 33 Year Customer Returns Again!

I bought my first Honda Accord from Hokie Honda when they were located in Blacksburg. They later renamed to Duncan Honda and moved to Christiansburg. They are still a great dealership to work with. The entire process of testing, buying, and even negotiating for the car was a pleasant experience. Julie, Leo and Chris were excellent, knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel like I was dealing with family and maybe after 33 years they are family.

Outstanding Care by Mike William, Honda Service

SUBJECT: Outstanding customer care by the Honda Service Manager, Mike Williams Mr. Duncan ? Using this webpage, ?DealerRater.com?, I?m not sure I will have enough space to say all the good things about Mike Williams (your Honda service manager), that I would like to say and you likely already know by now. Mike knows your vehicles, the level of service customers expect, and he knows how to treat people right. As one of your drivers (Ernie) can tell you, it takes a lot to get me frustrated to the point that I would complain. But when I did, Mike Williams knew the right thing to do, and he did it! He took care of the service I was having to make sure it was done right and that I walked away a satisfied customer. That is how you win repeat customers or regular customers. As you know, repeat service customers can be the lifeblood of a dealerships. That is why Mike Williams is of value to you. But then, you probably already know this. This is the second time Mike has stepped-up to make things right for my wife and I and we wanted to let you know about his professionalism. He just plain does things right! I won?t belabor the issues Mike had to resolve on your behalf, after-all, why dwell on the negative. You are lucky to have Mike and we are lucky he is watching over our vehicles for us.
