Several features I wanted were not common on several lots, but was able to get what I wanted. I was given considerable time and mileage, and no real pressure to buy something other than want I wanted.

I was looking for a specific GMC which they had. They made me a great deal and we ended up paying less because I didn't know of a GM deal for retired military. They found it and I paid less! They are honest and personable.

I started by checking the internet for a small pickup that might meet my needs after having mine for 14 years. I, obviously, don't buy regularly. When I called about the vehicle, I spoke to Lee Hughes, who assured me it was available (I've been baited and switched) and quoted a general price that was one of the best I'd heard. When I visited, Lee quickly told me that with a little research, they'd discovered (thanks, Shana) that I could get an additional discount because I was retired military. The process was easy, the experience was great, and the truck is really nice... and a good deal!

I want to give a big thumbs up to the people in the service department at this dealership. I am from out of town and needed an oil change as soon as possible before traveling back to Washington State. They were able to give me same day service and were quick and thorough. Good job to everyone.
