Awesome Service

Haden was so awesome. This was the first time I have purchased a new car or a Kia for that matter. He was very helpful. He was understanding of what I could & couldn't do as far as a payment. Excellent Facility

Today, after 20 years without a car payment I made a commitment. I sat down with a young man, JASON MELA, who led me through the details of finding the right car, the right financing, and the paperwork that accompanies it. I will be driving home tomorrow with an awesome car. Thank you JASON MELA

Facebook AD totally misleading

Was talked to by Roper KIA representatives a total of 6 times in a 3 day period. Was told vehicle I was interested in would be available to see at a certain day and time at which I did show up, but only to find out that vehicle was “sold” and “delivered” that very morning to someone, and told these things happen sometimes !! Did I mention phone call number “6” was that very morning ?? I drove over an hour to see this vehicle which I now believe was just a bunch of bogna. These people will not waist my time again

website has no prices so this tells me that they want you to come in person and be ready for high pressure sales tactics. STAY AWAY!!

2022 Rio

Truman was my salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I knew what I wanted when I went in and he did not try to pressure me into something more expensive. I am happy with my purchase.

Big J is Great!!

Big J (Jason) was a great help! I traded in a high mileage Sorento (which I'd loved for quite awhile) for a much lower mileage Sportage. Love it too!! Big J knew what he was doing, didn't high pressure, and helped me get into an almost-new, low-mileage car. Thanks, Big J! Lovin' the Sportage!!

Misleading advertising

Their radio commercials are misleading. There are some situations where you can be turned down. Thats not necessarily bad until they embarrass and patronize you. Its not about serving you. Dont be fooled, Its all about making money.

Can't look at inventory

Wanted to look at vehicle inventory but they wanted my personal information to even do to that. They need to rethink their site. With Covid people don't want to make the drive just to see the available cars.
