Found vehicle on CarGurus and immediately contacted dealer through their "chat with us" feature. All Emma cared about was getting my name, email, and phone number. I received a separate email from Internet Manager who put me off, only to learn the next day that vehicle sold day prior to me contacting Freedom Ford. Typical bait and switch from the used car salesperson
