Service Repair
Chris was a great mechanic. He did everything he could to help save money on the repair, he explained in great detail what needed to be done and what he was doing. Ashely was helpful with keeping me updated along the process.

2013 Ford Fusion service
2013 Ford Fusion went in for regular service (oil change/ the works) my service manual was not stamped and signed off after service. This is an issue that I have had spirited debates about in the past with the service dept. I do not know why I have this same problem. Jim Hash

Great team service
I came in for an oil change special. I thought I needed brake pads, but when I found out the price, I thought I could have that done cheaper elsewhere. I thought I told them to wait on that. When I returned to pay the pads had been put on and I asked for a discount. 2 staff said that I had asked to have the pads put on. I concluded that I had created the misunderstanding and was willing to pay in full, however, I asked for a $25 to $30 discount. I was given a $50 discount. I am a business owner and realize that that kind of action is not only the right thing to do, but pays off in customer loyalty and referrals.
