Hall Mazda

I recently got a Mazda 3 from Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach. I am very happy with my purchase. I actually came in looking at a Mazda 2. I was looking for something economical, and the staff suggested that I upgrade to a Mazda 3 with the new Sky Active engine. Once we calculated the trade in value of my previous vehicle, the new car was right in my price range! and I could not be happier with it. I make 36 mpg average with both city and highway driving. That means that i still spend $40 to fill up a tank, but it lasts me two weeks instead of one! I am very happy that the staff recommended this upgrade. They also tried to find every way possible to save me money, and cater to all of my needs and wishes. I Love Hall Mazda!

What A Truly Enjoyable Shopping Experience!!!!

Initially my husband and I were visiting Hall Mazda, VAB to have his car serviced after not being driven during my husbands 1 year overseas tour to Korea. Upon pickup of the car from Hall, We were informed that the car needed about $900 additinally in parts/labor. This was in conjunction with the almost $1100 we had just paid. :(. To add injury to insult in the case of the 626, within 2 weeks of him returning, we spent approximately $1300 on new tires and brake/rotor service :(. I was one unhappy wife! I advised my husband to reconsider any additional maintenance to the 626. My husband immediately said "babe, we need to get out of this car". We were in concurrence on this. As we were heading out of Hall's doors, a gentleman by the name of Virgil greeted us and offered his assistance. After explaining our situation, Virgil immediately jumped into making things happen!! I smile as I type this review because Virgil was extremely welcoming, helpful, attentive, and funny to boot :). His used car manager, Brian, worked expeditiously to have our vehicle appraised, which we own) and provided us a fair, yet generous trade in price for the 626. Meantime Virgil busied himself procuring the car of my husbands dreams (a Camaro) from one of their other dealership!!! Thinking to myself these people work magic, as things fell into place seamlessly. :). We test drove the Cammy,which I've lovingly nicknamed the car already :) lol... Hahahehe! It is definitely a powerful driving experience to say the least!! We joked with Virgil that he impels a potential buyer to consider making a purchase only after being in his presence for a short period of time. Virgil and the entire staff were truly a joy to work with, including the service manager, Kamal! After all was said and done, the Hall team was able to fulfill my husbands dreams, Be conscientious of our financial needs, and provides us one of the best purchasing experiences that we've ever had!!! Okay okay, I'm over the moon right now so I'll wrap this up!! Thank you Hall Mazda Team for your service, dedication, and commitment to making real dreams come true!!! Until next time!!!!
