If they had zero they would get it. Took it in fir 4th time to shop for same problem. Paid diagnostic fee each time. Parts were on back order they did a tune up then wanted me to come get it. Tune up has nothing to do with transmission. I tell them no I want it fixed this time. Finally went in today to pick it up. Expecting roughly 400.00. SURPRISE 959.00 for my part not counting what insurance paid. They said I agreed b3 hours diagnostic but I was not even told about in advance little less approved it. After buying my last 3 vehicles from them. I will not be returning there are dealerships in Albuquerque and Flagstaff I will be visiting. They will not get anymore of my money. On a fixed income I xan not afford their big SURPRISE.

The customer had multiple misfires on a 2016 Nissan Rogue with 167,000 miles on it. It was the first time to our shop with the issue. We let the customer know that the spark plugs would be where we need to start since they were due at 105k miles. She was informed that it might not fix the issue and that her extended warranty would not cover the it. After replacing the spark plugs there were still multiple missfires. The customer was informed that additional diagnostics would need to be completed and that her extended warranty most likely would not cover the diagnosis. After removing the head it was determined that the squirrel valve was the issue. Her extended warranty did cover the part and labor for replacement but did not cover the spark plug replacement or the diagnosis.
