I recently had my car serviced at Duke Automotive. The service I received stretched out for a while (parts availability) and through it all the service department was courteous, informative and helpful. I especially appreciate the interaction I was able to have with the shop foreman and lead mechanic. Very helpful.

Top notch!

Top notch!!! Mrs.Duke is The kindest and most professional dealer we have ever dealt with. Her staff is just as caring and professional. Shout out to Stan Belle and Gerry Butler!! Great folks

The service at Duke Automotive in Suffolk, VA.

The service at Duke Automotive in Suffolk, VA. was excellent upon arrival they checked me in right away and I was informed just how long it would take and I waited in the customer service lounge and all most to the minute of what I had been told they came in and notified me my car was ready. I got a State Inspection, Oil Change and Tire Rotation all of which were covered by a warranty that I purchased when I bought the car from Duke Automotive, Suffolk, VA. I would like to also add, I believe it was the owner who came in the Lounge checking on customers and thanking us for choosing Duke, that was an added bonus...I appreciate an owner who cares about her customers... Thank-You Eley Duke III

Battery & Alternator Replacement

Dear Will and the Duke Chevrolet Vehicle Maintenance Staff, Greetings. I appreciate your exceptional customer service in quick response and timely maintenance service on our Chevy Colorado. Due the alternator draining the charged battery, our truck was towing late on a Thursday evening. Will and the staff promptly scheduled the vehicle repair for next day early-morning service by a certified mechanic. I the meantime, Will kept me informed of the progress and testing via text message and calls to my phone. Thankfully, the truck was ready for pickup prior to my end of work day. Mahalo (thank you)for the exceptional customer service every time I have my vehicle serviced at Duke Chevrolet.?

annual inspection + electrical surprise

As instructed, I dropped of my car before 8a.m.. Upon return after 2p.m. everything seemed ok until I began to depart the lot. I began lowering the driver access window and it stopped at approximately 2 inches and would not move. I tried all the other windows and they worked. So I decided I could not take the vehicle home like that. The check in agent found that nothing was working when he tried to put the auto inside the shop. I was called the next day and told my battery had a bad cell. In short, the repairs were affected before he sent a driver to pick me up at home and the engine lamp that had been activated for at least 2 years, was now cleared.

If you need a vehicle come here!

I ordered a new GMC through them and the whole process was smooth and painless. Stan Bell got my order submitted and had the truck delivered to me 4 months ahead of schedule!

I normally do not give reviews but in this instance I will. Great job to everyone one at Duke auto. This was the most straightforward auto dealership I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked on the lot I was treated very friendly and respectful. Heather Wilson was very helpful with out every becoming pushy. My experience with the entire team was a pleasure. No one tried to up sell me or offer me anything that I was not looking for. The process was laid out so efficiently and one I made me decision the sale was complete wuick

My daughter and I drove 3 hours to test drive a car at Duke Chevrolet Buick GMC. The staff at Duke Chevrolet Buick GMC are the best. We were greeted at the door by Al Hicks and everyone we came in contact with greeted us with an smile and a handshake. Everyone made our experience a good one. Al Hicks was friendly, courteous, and answered all of our questions. We had the pleasure of meeting the President of the company, Mrs. Duke. She make our experience even better! She has a wealth of knowledge and is such a joy to talk to. I recommend Duke Chevrolet for anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is their main goal. Thank you for a great buying experience!
