I got my new Mercedes about almost a month ago now and...

I got my new Mercedes about almost a month ago now and Steve Wright was the most professional and helpful salesman I have ever come across. I did much research and negotiating with other salesmen from other dealerships in almost all of northern california and some of southern california, and Steve was amazing and all about customer satisfaction. I made an appointment a week earlier and had missed the meeting and he was completely understanding that I had a family emergency. I eventually called him several days later not wanting to let go of the chance of getting my car because there were not many models available anywhere with the kind of color combination I wanted. He was so helpful in assisting me in trying to get the car that I really desired and not just a second choice car. I gave him a quite a bit of a hard time through constant calls and emails and he was very kind every time. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and very accommodating to my "demands". Even till the very last moment that I agreed to come get the car, we were running about an hour late and the dealership was about the close but he and his boss stayed over an hour after business hours in order to help us get my dream car. I want to thank Steve for his great efforts and professionalism I am in love with the car and it seemed all possible because Steve! Thank You!

This is the 2nd car purchase for me at this dealership. I would highly recommend Patsy Yates. She is an excellent salesperson. She trusts you to buy a car when it is your time to buy one. She is knowledgable about what she sells and stands behind her product. I trust her and have recommend her to my friends.

The friendliness of this dealership that treated me like a family member and remembering to call me by my name and to offer refreshments and coming back to me during my transaction to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the deal I was making with them. This was my second purchase in three years with this dealership. I drove almost 100 miles one way because of the way I was treated the first time! Sincerely, James Bradley

This was an after sale service visit to have floor mats,...

This was an after sale service visit to have floor mats, MBrace, and backup camera installed on my 2008 S550. I was greeted with hand shake and smile with a free loaner car and all the items were professionally installed not only to their satisfaction but to my high standards of excellence! Carl and Ezra did a fantastic job of making my visit with my wife a pleasant and enjoyable trip to their dealership. After many car purchases during my life in different...

After many car purchases during my life in different countries (due to living) and in the States, my recent purchase experience at Monterey Mercedes dealership was the greatest. That’s right, while I was searching and visiting several dealerships (online and on the ground) buying an R-350, finally I purchased at Monterey Mercedes dealership dealing w/ professional folks like Don Oster. No game, no hassle! In fact, Don had so effective and truthful phone conversation w/ me that I decided to purchase a car over the phone and email exchange! Guess what? Although the distance from Monterey to my hometown is 361 miles, in the future first I will contact the dealership and my contact person, Don for my upcoming car purchase! My wife Lauren and I purchased a certified pre owned c300. Pat was very nice and patient. It was a pleasant experience. Also Paul in the finance dept took care of the paperwork and got us a great warranty.

Very professional and knowledgable, yet fun to work with! No dealer "games" - very straightforward and upfront about the pricing they could give us, as well as their trade-in offer - all with supporting documentation. All warranty information, add-on options thoroughly and clearly explained. Definitely a top-notch dealership.

As a family we have purchased (6) six vehicles from Tim Gonzales. He's the reason we are returning customers. The service has been great, I think the prices have been far!! Ha Ha..Tim should be in a "manager's" position, however he would be lost as a "saleman"..He's an assest to Monterey MBZ..
