My friend and I was at Friendship Ford yesterday to see

My friend and I was at Friendship Ford yesterday to see if I could get the Ford Maverick that was pre-ordered for me back in July. This vehicle would be my fifth vehicle that I would have gotten if it would work out. I worked with David and Gage along with another man to get what was needed so I could get the Maverick. They promised to do everything they could do so I could get the truck and they did just that. I was able to get the truck and it was done within a reasonable amount of time. I have been a customer with Friendship Ford since 2016 and have always been treated good and always with the best people who work hard to get me what I want or need. I will always be a customer of Friendship Ford and recommend them to friends that might need something from the dealership. I only have my truck one day but I love it all ready. Thanks to Friendship Ford for always helping me when it comes to a vehicle for me and my friends.

Great job!

Great experience. Pleasant people. Service and parts were very helpful. My part cane in before expected and service was done quickly. All question were answered.

Great experience

Great experience buying our Maverick from Greg. All the staff was great and went above and beyond. It was an overall easy experience and was not stressful.

Great service department

Had a recall performed. Bought a set of 4 Michelin 20" tires for over $250 less than Walmart's price which totally surprised me. Everyone was great, especially Todd, in the service department.

Donald Bowen handled the sale from start to finish! He is 5+ stars for communication, answering all of our questions, explaining features on the truck, and carrying through on everything we needed done! Very happy with the purchase process & the truck! A++++

No customer care

Check engine light has come on multiple times for supposedly different reasons. Different excuse every time . Major transmission issues on the F-150 2.7 eco boost, that apparently everyone in the country knows about, except Ford, who refuses to admit there is a problem. Took them a month and a week to fix. Less than 24 hours after I picked it up, the check engine light came on again. They were willing to let me trade it in of course, but only offered me $5,000 less than low book value. Stealinf is stealing, no matter how you do it. Friendship Ford got a real criminal racked going on in Bristol.

The Mach E I bought was to good if a deal for me to turn

The Mach E I bought was to good if a deal for me to turn down! I enjoyed working with my sales person it was a little long to get though paper work and out the door but I guess that is expected at any dealership. not a lot of hidden fees and the price was good!

Buying a new vehicle from Friendship Ford.........

My experience was actually really good. David was kind a courtesies. I had no major issues. The prosses form the drive to finalizing paper work, was done in a timely manner.

If you buy a vehicle or you need good service do n

I carried my vehicle in October of 2022 down to this facility. They fixed my vehicle which cost me over $7,000. Now I'm having issues with my vehicle and I sent it back to thinking they would take care of the issue. They start doing diagnostics which I did not approve of or give them permission. Also I scheduled an appointment to carry my vehicle back there, they were not punctual they didn't look at my vehicle until days later. I would never recommend this company nor by another Ford. They are a business and a company that is not care about the customer. I wound up selling my Ford, and I will never buy another Ford because of the service I got in this facility. It's all about money it's not about the customer or the customers needs. I will never ever ever buy another Ford. Bought my first foreign car at age 58 years old and enjoying the heck out of it.

Very frustrating!

Very frustrating!!! The salesman did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle today. I arrived to test drive a 4 Runner and after waiting a few minutes Lynn came back and said I can’t let you test drive a vehicle today. We don’t have any temp tags and not sure if will have any tomorrow. What the HECK!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Friendship Ford family in the past 6 years and they are not willing to let me test drive a vehicle. I have never had this come up at any company so what is up with this dealership? Customer service is terrible here and they didn’t even try to come up with a plan to take care of me. I have worked with Friendship Hyundai in Bristol, TN (bought last 2 vehicles from them) and get my company vehicle serviced at Friendship Ford across the street and have been satisfied with both of these dealerships. How can Friendship Chrysler Jeep be so unconcerned about customer service and selling vehicles? I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
