My experience

Have bought all my vehicles here since 2007. Have had a great experience every time. Also have my vehicles serviced here as well. Always do an excellent job and if there are any problems they take care of it. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new if used car and the service department is top notch!

Missed a recall and a faulty PCM.

Missed a recall and a faulty PCM. They charged me $750 to change O2 sensors and spark plugs, claimed there was no recall on my car (I received the recall notice a month later), and blamed a faulty PCM on bad gas. Talk about pathetic excuse for Ford dealer. Lazy and unwilling to do the work. Completely unprofessional and inept.

Tracy Langston and his team took excellent care of us in finding the perfect vehicle for my wife and I. No pressure, stress, hidden fees, everything was upfront and transparent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car or truck

I bought a new car from Tracy Langston Ford. Shawn, the salesman, was very pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions about the vehicle and I never felt pressured to buy or look at something I wasn't interested in. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this company if you are interested in buying a vehicle.

Problems with new F150

Everyone was friendly and professional. I just bought a new F150 and the battery died in 5 days. I didn't buy the truck at Tracy Langston Ford, but they looked up the truck and saw a patch was issued for the problem I had. They took the truck in immediately and I haven't had any issues since the fix. I really appreciated how quick they serviced the truck without an appointment.

Expedition service

A great service department. Ordered new Bronco and awaiting delivery- would have no other service department care for my vehicle. They are helping me to keep my expedition on the road until it arrives.

Not good

Have a water leak issue in my trunk on a 2017 Mustang GT.. Called for several days and couldn't even get through to service. Went into the dealership, Holly in service was basically unhelpful. Never received a callback. Had to call back several days just to be told later by David that their 3rd party source for warranty's on windshields was booked up until the end of the year and they could not help me. Water is pouring into my trunk when it rains due to a manufacture defect, ruining everything..and it smells bad. Got referred to another ford dealer in Madison. Extremely dissatisfied since Tracy Langston Ford is right down the road from my house. Will not ever bother again..
