Took my truck in on 2/12/18 due to a problem with the trailer break system. After a 3 hour wait, I was told I needed a part and there was a recall on my fuel pump. They indicated all issues could be resolved by 2/14/18. I called on 2/15/18 and was told the trailer breaks were fixed, but the fuel pump was not and that they were in the process. of tracking the pump. I contacted them on 2/17 and was told the fuel pump hadnt come in. After a less than cordial exchange, I was told I could come get my vehicle. I have spent in excess of $650.00 and nothing has been fixed!

Zach was an excellent salesperson. Despite it being late & almost closing time he was patient with us, answering all of our questions & taking us out for a test drive. He did an outstanding job with the entire purchase process.

Buying the truck was a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable and courteous salesperson. All of my questions were answered and Javon was very patient in explaining the functions of the different controls in the cab of the truck.

John Steinbach was a great sales rep offering many different ideas and models to fit what I was looking for. John bent over backwards to help me and to assist in the finance with the finance manager. Great job and was nice to meet Mr. Perry.
