My experience was very good with Team.

My experience was very good with Team. I’ve bought several other SUV there over the last 13 years. I didn’t buy the first time I was there this round. My sales guy was Ben. Ben was very professional, patient and understanding. He promised no xx and I so appreciated it, the directness with patience was very refreshing. Ben was on top of things and was very responsive. It was a bit of a crazy nite, the nite I got my new car, but it was worth it.

Harassing bloodhounds!

I am more upset at myself for not doing a better job of researching this dealership before purchasing a new vehicle! I have never been harassed and asked to change my opinions on a survey more than these unethical people have done to me for the past few days! It makes me wonder if all or most of their positive reviews are fake, paid for or coerced. I received an email from a manager named Bryant outside of business hours, wanting to argue with me and “convince” me that I had received superior service. When after all they knocked off a whopping $450 off of a 50,000 vehicle so I should be giving them 5’s across the board! I am proud of myself for not telling him how I really felt about him and his disgusting attitude and behaviors! First, to tell a customer what to write down on a survey is wrong and misleading to potential car buyers! Secondly, to then call, text and email a customer hounding them about their opinion is equally dishonest and disgusting! This manager and the salesman who practically had this sale handed to them should be terminated immediately for harassment and for asking me to change my opinions so they could look exemplary. Not on my watch! I am more eager now to let everyone know how I was treated after I bought this vehicle so that others won’t have to go through this! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

They get a Big Fat Zero from me!!!!! This place is unprofessional and not capable of accepting responsibility for their actions!!!! To put it in plain English they Suck!!!! Don’t take your car here they only offer excuses!!!! They will not even work on the reason you brought your car in for. They will work on recalls First and that’s only if they have the parts but the real reason you brought your car in will be ignored until you pick it up and have a Real professional work on it!!!! The Manager Rachel is a liar and upholds the lies for her incompetent team to which she should not be leading she is very unprofessional!!! And she will hang up on you. Why… I am glad you asked she can’t handle the Truth!!! She must be programmed to lie!!!???? I’m confused isn’t she supposed to solve problems???? They didn’t train her for that???? Don’t take your car here!!!! Unless you just want to be abused…. Be Very Afraid!!!!! They are only out to make money off your car troubles!!!!

Fraudulent charges for unnecessary repairs.

Fraudulent charges for unnecessary repairs. Took my F350 Duly in for a simple oil change, Team Ford called me stating I had small oil and water leaks but could not tell me where the leaks were coming from. They keep the truck for two more days but never called to update me on these leaks. When I called two days later, I was informed that it would cost $17,000 to fix these leaks, new injectors, radiator flush, etc. (all unnecessary repairs). I asked where are the leaks and the "Service Advisor" Damian Albanese could not tell me. I told him to close the hood and I will be there to pick up the truck. When I arrived to pay for the oil change, I was charged an extra $350 to find the oil leak that they had already found. I never authorized a $350 charge to find the oil leak. When I asked for the service manager, I was told she is not available, which I was not surprised, the service manager is never available. The only oil leak my truck has had is from the last time I took the truck to Team Ford and they did not tighten the oil filter which caused a leak and by the way, during that service they told me my radiator cap was missing. There is no way you can drive from my house to the dealership with no radiator cap and not leak coolant allover the place. My mistake for giving them a second try. Further, see the photo attached to this review, they ripped out the washer fluid hose and broke the fitting on the hood and just left it hanging there. After my complaints to Ford Motor Company, the "Service Manager" Rachel Headrick called me and left a voicemail stating she would like to talk about my complaints, I have tried to reach her on two separate occasions and sent two emails. No response. Please do not take your vehicle to Team Ford as I believe these guys are noting but thieve and create fraudulent diagnoses to charge extremely high unnecessary repair bills.

Great Service at Team Ford!

I made an appointment with the service tech or advisor and he was great. Mike was courteous and kept me informed of the status of our vehicle and recommendations for items that will need future attention. He was professional and helpful!

Steven furgeson made the experience great when I came in

Steven furgeson made the experience great when I came in for a maintenance visit. Helped me right away, he was Friendly and Approachable. Checked up on me on my wait, as well gave me a beverage coupon as well. Gave me options when I came to waiting. Ended up just staying and fords lounge is clean and great.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from Team ford. I had a check engine light illuminated for the second time in just around two months. The diagnosis fee for a diesel engine is $350. So, I was not happy that this happened in only two months' time. But it turned out to be a different issue so.... $350 again. Yikes. I think the diagnosis fee is very high for diesels... but that's just the way it is these days. I particularly like the tracking method for customers. This is very handy. As a bonus, they were able to get my truck repaired the same day which made me very happy! Now, I just hope that pesky check engine light does not come back on any time soon!!!
