Don’t know which is worse, sales or service

Not sure which is worse, sales or service. When I was looking to buy a Wrangler, the salesman could not answer my questions, did not offer a test drive, and never even got my name or number for follow up. When I brought my Ram truck in for service, all I needed was an oil change. Going through the “Express” line with only one car in front of me took nearly 2 hours. Bottom line, go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

Don’t know which is worse, sales or service

Not sure which is worse, sales or service. When I was looking to buy a Wrangler, the salesman could not answer my questions, did not offer a test drive, and never even got my name or number for follow up. When I brought my Ram truck in for service, all I needed was an oil change. Going through the “Express” line with only one car in front of me took nearly 2 hours. Bottom line, go somewhere else. Almost taken for a ride

My experience with jeep ross of boone. I have waited for this one. Well youngest had trouble with his dodge neon. Check engine light . Read the codes. Said transmission output speed sensor. Looked it up and changed it. Didn't work. Car in limp mode. He opted to take it to the dealership because i was spending time on it. I said I wouldn't. So did my friends. He thought that they would be nice and tell him for sure. Lol. Well they took the car. I dont think they checked the codes at all. Who knows what they did if anything. Your not allowed to talk to mechanic, or see his paperwork he turns in. They charged him a good $120. Including $25 for materials used like gloves. Told him they had to order 20 different parts from different vendors . To rebuild the transmission. Total estimate$ 6,996.00 . Lol exactly 3 times the value of the vehicle. To which I replied are you trying to take a A.S.U. student for a ride. To which Dennis in the service department started cussing me and telling me he could not believe that I would say such a thing. So i asked for the car back and he paid his bill. After that i went to a real great mechanic down the road who took the time to look at it and said. First check this wire since its reading 0 it is probably bad or the computer. For free. Well he was right and it runs now i opted for a new harness which was $30 at napa. But i could have just done the wire. There are many lessons here. I still think the dealership owes a refund.

First Time Jeep Owner

I was very pleased with my experience. Brett responded back very quickly (less than an hour) to all e-mails and my jeep buying experience was very pleasant.

Very friendly service people and great work!

We purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from Ross last June. We took it in on friday, Feb 5th for our second oil change. Everyone was very friendly and kind and we had fast service. They told us our air filter needed changing and asked for our ok to do it. We also had a squeaky back door which they greased for us. the Sales person whom we bought the car from in June, Thom Jackson, made a point to come talk to us and offered refreshments. Totally satisfied!

IN 2011 I ORDERED A NEW JEEP WRANGLER FROM STEVE SILVER AND AT THAT TIME ALSO MET HIS BROTHER BRETT SILVER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE TOTAL BUYING AND ORDERING PROCESS. TODAY I ORDERED A 2015 JEEP WRANGLER FROM BRETT AND WAS ASSISTED BY STEVE. TWO REALLY GREAT GUYS AND A FINE ASSET TO ROSS. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR NEW JEEP FOR 2015. TOM AND LYNDA OLMES

good price

The truck was everything I was told, the dealership was very friendly and helpful the facility were clean neat. The price was what I wanted. I got a great deal. When it's time to buy again I will check these guys out. thanks Ross Chrysler Jeep

Awsome sales people !

I drove 260 miles to this dealership, but before I went, I made the deal over the phone with Brett Silver.Brett met me at the door, and welcomed me. The atmosphere was great. The facilities were clean, and warm feeling. I signed paperwork and drove out within an hour. Thank you Brett and Steve Silver for a job well done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good vehicle.It's worth the drive !

Great service, straightforward and helpful

We had a great experience at Ross. Brett was straightforward when we were negotiating and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt a little hostility from one staff member when we declined extended warranties and other products, but otherwise it was a great experience.
