Used my bank for financing and they upped the price. Offered 999 less than asking they said NO and that price is only using there financing. Which means seeing finance manger which is always bad experience!!! Shop else where!!

From out of state....needed service.
In Siloam Springs for a wedding. Made service appointment to have engine light checked. Alex got me in promptly and had the problem diagnosed in a very short time. I am not a potential customer as I live in Ohio and this was a warranty issue. I appreciate the the fact that I was treated like a local customer. Superior Ford does provide superior service. I did let my nephew, who lives in Siloam Springs, know about the positive experience I had at Superior. Thanks again Alex.

Bought a new truck
Bought a new truck from Superior Ford. Good deal on the new truck, and top $ on trade-in. No games from Salesperson of finance guy. Even got a great interest rate on financing. Finance guy, tried to get me to buy extended warranty, but that was all, and really was expected. Overall, positive experience. I do want to emphasize that I was well prepared. It pays to do your homework. Know what you really need/want, and don't get emotionally attached to any vehicle. It's just a car/truck, there are millions of them around.

I was disrespected the entire time.
I was disrespected, and after purchasing the vehicle. They still didn’t even want to fill my tank up. Even after they promised to do so. Ridiculous. Coming up with every excuse they could just to not fill my gas tank up. The saddest thing ever. So petty.

Worst buying experience I have ever experienced.
Before the meet up I confirmed my arrival no less than twice with a Gerald that I was traveling from Kansas to them and that the earliest I could be in was on a Saturday (via text). Gerald could not be bothered to reread text messages and asked a few messages later if i could come in for them to assess my trade in to which I reminded him a third time I was traveling from Kansas. 4 hour trip from Kansas to Arkansas. Truck was listed as "Clean Retail" but showed with significant body damage to passenger side bottom rear quarter, creases in tailgate from being dropped on a presumably square object, heavily scratched headlight, heavily scratched side mirror, check engine light immediately turned on upon starting truck, all four front air vents were broken. (Listed and asking price as "clean" which implies none of the above issues). My truck with no body damage, and only needing a sunglasses holder replaced was listed as "rough" and over $3,000 under rough trade value (not clean trade as my truck was in better shape then theirs). When discussing price they said my rough value was what NADA showed until confronted at which point my rough value jumped up to $15,500 (which was the correct listing but wrong assessment. Upon this increase they increased the price of their truck by the $3,000 difference saying that because they were using NADA values now that that both should reflect this (the price of their truck was recently reduced within the last month). These new prices based on "NADA" were provided on sheets clearly typed up in Microsoft word. At no point was my truck even driven (I have a fairly throaty exhaust) as I checked on multiple occasions to see if they had taken it on a test drive and it had not. This is also a clear indicator that my truck showed in excellent shape (along with hundreds of dollars in extras; center console safe, underseat rear storage, bed toolbox, weatherguard floormats, low profile ventvisors, low mile over sized off road tires) There was no negotiation at "Superior Ford" where I was treated like an expert when I was looking at their truck but like an idiot when it came to honest fair values. I came with preapproved financing to leave with a truck and instead left feeling like I was treated like a child who knew nothing. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, as a matter of fact I would do the opposite.

Excellent Experience
I purchased a used vehicle from almost 200 miles away. Both Blake, the salesperson and Clayton, the manager who did my paperwork, were great. Blake answered all of my questions promptly and in a really straight-forward manner that made me feel very confident. He sent me pictures and every bit of information regarding the condition and history of the vehicle that I requested. They delivered the car to me and I purchased it and signed the paperwork without ever leaving home. The car itself was just as described and the follow-through has been great. This is a very good dealership

Deceptive Business Practices
I wanted to like this place, but the sales manger Rob made sure I didn’t. I only gave 3 stars because we liked working with Brendan and Jessica. On Tuesday February 27th I spoke with Brendan Lee regarding a truck they had listed and let him know that we’d be up to look at it on Saturday, March 3rd. Brendan was very easy to work with and confirmed they still had the truck, confirmed the price listed on cars.com, and scheduled us to come in on Saturday since we live 3 hours from this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we test drove the truck and everything looked good so we started to discuss purchasing the vehicle. This is when we were informed that they raised the price by $1000 from the price listed on Tuesday when I originally inquired about it. Rob gave us some shady salesman story about the prices changing due to it being a new month. He also said we should have gotten the original price in writing aw that was the only way they’d honor the price they posted on cars.com and confirmed over the phone. Despite Rob being a dishonest shyster, we were finally able to agree on a price that we were comfortable with ONLY because we have been looking for this exact truck for many months. If it was an easy truck to find we would have walked out the door as soon as we started working with Rob. We ended up making a deal at the max price we had determined we would be willing to pay for this particular truck so we were going to buy the truck regardless. Had they been hones and Rob not been involved we would have had a positive experience and would be able to recommend this dealership, but alas that is not the case. Needless to say, we’ll never buy from them again and give this warning for anyone who may do business with them: If you want to do business with these guys, work with Brendan or Jessica and avoid Rob like an STD. Also, get them to commit to a sales price in writing, because Rob will increase prices as soon as he knows someone is interested in a vehicle.

great experience
I was looking to buy a new little car for myself and daughter, and I had no experience in this. I went to Superior in Siloam Springs, and was greeted by a nice young man, who's name is Chris Adair. He was very friendly and helpful in showing me cars and helping to pick out my little Ford Fiesta. (which my daughter and friends say is Groovy!!) My experience was very good, not really knowing anything about buying a new car. They walked me threw the process each step of the way. Could not have ask for a nicer experience.
