I had my 2020 Ram diesel service today at South Pointe.

I had my 2020 Ram diesel service today at South Pointe. Oil change, fuel injectors cleaned and tires rotated. Frank the service writer said that it would take approximately 2 hours so I decided to wait. Well an hour and 40 minutes later they were done! True to form South Pointe over performed once again!

They tried to sell me new tires on a car I bought new

They tried to sell me new tires on a car I bought new from them. The car had 30k miles on it. They also tried to avoid doing warranty work by trying to get me to pay for it first. The dealership sold me the car. The dealerships name is on the back of the car. The tech just shrugged and pretended he had no idea that it was a car from that dealership. They also said they would be scheduling me for warranty work after I confronted them about it, but failed to do that when I left. Overall this was easily my least favorite interaction with this dealership. I still appreciate all they’ve done so far, but this time felt gross.

Overall, I had a great experience at this car dealership.

Overall, I had a great experience at this car dealership. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Javan. They made sure I had a great experience and was well taken care of. They made me aware of everything. They were doing to my car and followed up multiple times. Definitely will be going back.

Hey no one notified that my car was ready I had to wait

Hey no one notified that my car was ready I had to wait almost 4 hrs before I finally went up to the counter!!! You texted my wife at home but I was in your waiting rm I will go elsewhere to get service on my car.

Tommy took great care of me.

Tommy took great care of me. The tech forgot to put my positive battery terminal cover back on. Not a big deal as I caught before it dropped to the ground.
