My experience was very pleasant.

My experience was very pleasant. How often can you say that about a car-buying experience? I went into the dealership looking for a vehicle and walked out with a great deal and a very nice vehicle in less than 2 hours.

Have been getting the run around for 2 months on a

Have been getting the run around for 2 months on a warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't gotten a response back either. Will never buy there again

This dealership has assisted us with excellent service on

This dealership has assisted us with excellent service on two different occasions. We are from Canada and were vacationing in Pigeon Forge when we experienced an engine issue. Emily scheduled us the next day and the diesel technician had the issue taken care of the same day. He also took the time to walk us through the problem. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

Exceptional service!

Exceptional service! We where from out of state broke down but they took is right away. They diagnosed and solved the problem. They had us back on the road in a couple of hours. We would recommend them especially Josh, to everyone.

My experience with Rusty Wallace in Clinton has been

My experience with Rusty Wallace in Clinton has been extremely poor. I had electrical problems with my 2007 SRX Cadillac and they told my husband they could fix it no problem. That was the 21st of Nov. 2023 brought it home $1042.63 poorer and drove it twice and it was dead on the 5 day!!!! Took it back and it is still there, they don't return my calls about the status of my car so I think they are just stalling around telling me that I am $1042.63 poorer and sorry but we are just not sure what is wrong. That is just real poor business and management needs to find out how they are sure they can fix it, and then refuse to respond to my calls. Last call the one guy said they thought it could be the battery, bad cell. Well I hav paid for 3 brand new batteries and 2 alternators in the last 3 months!!!!! Anyway , I don't think they hav any idea how to fix the car and I think they should give me my money back!!!!

The salesman I experienced with, Donnie Hutchison, was very helpful, answered all my questions, explained everything to us, and I told other people they need to go there. I can trust him because it was not my first car I have gotten from his.
