Great Experience

Buying my Jeep was a pleasure. I knew exactly what I wanted and Chris Nikel found it quickly. Offered a great price and had a great sales staff and service buying the Jeep. Could not have been a more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend buying from Chris Nikel!

Nikki's Review

The Salesperson Andrew Mixon was great. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle he is trying to sell . Could not ask for a better experience with him. Have been treated better with some dealership as for as misunderstandings and representation, how ever it finally was straightened out. A good salesman Mr. Mixon is polite and respectful and is a great people person.

I wouldn't suggest this branch at all.

I bought a brand-new Jeep patriot less than a month ago I have had it in the parts department twice without my car a week total both times. So much for enjoying a new car right? I know cars have hiccups and I'm okay with it but the customer service has been absolutely horrible. It took me leaving 3 messages and then calling back a fourth time to tell them what was going on with my car.. I couldn't get a loaner car either time.. When I called they couldn't get me in right away knowing I was having a leaking problem inside of my car they asked me to wait a few days.. Mind you I live over 30 minutes away from the store wasting gas and time to keep going back for the same problem. I had to call THEM asking the status of my car and when I did they told me they have not had time to get to it so it had to stay longer. I then realize I have left my work key on my key ring so I drive back down there to get it which is completely my fault but when I get there they want to make me wait 30 minutes telling me they don't have my key after 30 minutes has passed they have found my key. No apologies and still no status on my car.. I will not be purchasing a car from here ever again and will do my service at a different Chris nickel. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as my boss is having the same issue with them.
